Buyer Beware - the will not pay for shipping if the shoe is a wrong size and will not let you return it at the store I sent them pics of the shoes and they said they were dirty - i sent them pics as i received them Very dissappointed

Hello - What went wrong..... I received a birthday gift from a friend and there was a manufacturing defect. I wrote to them 3 times and kept getting the same "canned message". This is an expensive product line and I cannot wear the fur ear muffs. I did not want my money back just a replacement however, that was an no-go. I have never received such poor customer service and I also gave them my telephone number should they wish to call me - again no supervisor that I asked for and no phone call. Total waste of my time. I would not under any circumstances recommend this company to anyone and I totally understand why it has only 1.76 rating.

I purchased Pajar boots 2+ years ago, but have not worn them that much. I had expected far better quality for $550 boots. The d-rings that hold the laces have all rusted despite not being worn very much. The company has not been very helpful with replacing or even repairing their product, offering to have it fixed at my cost. Buyer beware!!

Worst customer service in the world! I sent them 5 emails to the address that they give us on their website and I never had a feedback! I was in love with the brand and now I’m totally disappointed! No respect to their customer! Unbelievable!

I purchased a pair of Pajar boots from Sail on Tuesday. I was looking for a light weight warm boot for work as I am outdoors quite a bit and these fit the bill. I have worn them for two days and they are NOT rated to -30. It is -10 degrees and my feet are FREEZING even though I am wearing a pair of wool socks! NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I recommend you purchase a boot by Sorel.

Disappointing policy and customer service. I bought a pair of the Faye winter boots two years ago and paid $350 (now selling for $460!)The sole fell off one of the boots, which seemed like a defect. Pajar’s response was that their guarantee was for six months only. Clearly Pajar doesn’t stand by the quality of their boots or brand.

I chose Apple pay on their site and clicked enter. There was no way to review the entered information which was a prior billing and mailing address. I immediately sent 3 emails to fix the problem as there is no phone number, only email for customer service. After 3 days no one responded to my emails. and my order was sent to an address where I do not currently live. I still have not received a response at Day #5 to my emails. Buy from a retail store, not online.

Worst operation. After 4 months they still haven't been able to credit my AMEX card with my return, saying that Amex is refusing to accept the credit...really? They then said they would send me a check, still not received over two weeks later. Not to mention that jacket was so mis-sized. This is a hit or miss operation but with their high prices it should top notch.

L'une des pires expériences que j'ai pu partager avec des vendeurs en ligne. Donc sachez avant de commander que lorsque vous commandez sur leur site et qu'ils disent qu'il reste des vestes en stocks, et bien cela est FAUX ! Lorsque vous payez ils prennent votre argent et vous envoie un email pour vous dire que la veste n'est plus en stock. Donc vous payez votre veste à 600$, ils prennent l'argent dans l'instant ensuite vous rembourse 1 semaine après et ce défausse en disant que la faute viennent des banques. Cela m'est arrivé sur mes 2 premières commandes d'affilés sur 2 vestes différentes. Autant vous dire que c'est du vol. Puis parlons du service clientèle, plus que désagréables et non serviable, elle essaiera de se défausser pour ne faire aucun geste malgrès qu'ils peuvent vous ponctionnez 2000$ sans vergogne pendant 1 semaines ce que je ne sais pas encore car j'attends toujours le 1er remboursement. Méfiez vous !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! N'allez pas chez eux. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles je le ferais !!!!!!!

I got my coat  28th of November 2020  already started to shine on the edge  the pocket is already shiny fabrique the designer is not very bright designer The  vestes  inside  it is so hard to take off and to wear with the vest. Not design properly They should put the down filling from the vest to the coat it self.  The pull string on the waistline very weak.   The  inside pocket on one of the picture when you put the vest  in they  disappearance see the picture Stitching starting to fall a part picture corner pocket I get the 800$coat for 375$  with all the discount Other wise I would be very hungry One of the discount get was because one sleeve was?  Twisted. I know how to sew i was able to fix that I do not have my invoices purchase fron Hudson's Bay. Montreal

I purchased online a pair ofv PAJAR boost for my daugther who was in collegue in Matane Quebec and when i placed my order i took entered the wrong size! I immediatly wrote to Customer service to ask to change the size and explain to them that my daugther needed these boost asap because she had lost the one she had. They replied to me me the next morning that they would advised their warehouse. I told them again to make sure that it was important and guess what the wrong boost arrived. Customer service refused to send another pair very bad service dont care!

Dont waste your money- You'll be cold and wet and get the same cold shoulder from customer service if you can reach them!You will regret every dollar spent on Pajar products as you shiver and freeze in your new boots and the wind whistles through your new coat.I bought 5 products and within a week had to go buy real winter gear-there is alot out there alot better performing for alot less money from brands that care alot more! Canada gets winter pajar is a scam.

Horrible product and customer service. The side of the boot ripped open after 2 weeks of wearing them and niether the site I bought them from or the company wouldn't warranty them or do anything about it

On Black Friday 2019, I decided to make myself a Christmas gift and buy "Pajar Mens EXO LIGHT NYO Winter Boots" on overstock, which attracted me with their cool appearance, waterproof and the ability to keep feet warm up to -30 Celsius. When I chose the size, I open the official website of the Pajar company, I measured the length of my foot (~26 centimeters), and made sure that the site indicated that 26 centimeters corresponds to 42 EU size. I bought it on overstock from the seller BHFO. What was my surprise when the shoes arrived to me from the USA to Moldova, that the actual size of the insole of the shoes was about 27.5 centimeters. The shoes, meanwhile, it was stated EU 42/Japan 26... And of course, the shoes were dangling on my leg no matter how much I tightened the laces. When I realized that my Christmas was ruined, I tried to return the shoes to the seller, and get compensation for postage. The seller didn't immediately agree to reimburse the cost of postage and get the shoes back, but after I provided all the evidence of the marriage and contacted overstock support, he agreed. At the same time, I wrote an email about this problem directly to the Pajar, I was happy to help with information about this problem directly to the manufacturer. The fact is that on Black Friday the price of the boots on overstock was $160 while on the Pajar site they cost $275, and of course, I was happy to get a discount from the seller for what would still buy these shoes. And when Pajar support responded to me after a fairly long period of time, they said that since I am not in North America, they would like to know how I see the solution to this problem. I told them that I would be happy to get a discount that would eventually buy my own Christmas gift ($275 for me is an incredible price for shoes). In addition, I told the support that I use mail forwarding service to buy things in the USA and send them to me in Moldova, so it is not a problem for me that Pajar sends purchases only to the USA and Canada. And then I was told that I can use the mail forwarding service to purchase on their website. At this point, I was confused, because I had just written exactly that to them. Then I asked them to re-read the first message where I describe my problem and try to find a solution to this problem. And then they stopped answering me. Dear Pajar I liked these shoes, and I was sorry to part with them due to the fact that you have problems with the size. But my main motivation wasn't to write to you for a discount or free shoes. I wrote to help you. Because if you have problems with dimensions at the factory, you should know about it. I am disappointed that I was treated as an unimportant client and that I was left without a gift at Christmas.
