“I love the price but overall I was not happy with the purchase for the following reasons:
1. Packaging was horrible with big holes at the corner. Luckily the item was not damaged.
2. The front (calf) is too wide & looks funny when worn.
3. As per description the shoes is good up to -30 temperatures but my feet are still cold even if wearing warm thermal socks, no ground snow, at minus 1 temperature.”

Je tiens à vous informer que j’étais satisfaite des mes bottes d’hiver mais malheureusement j’ai constaté un défaut sur les semelles des bottes ou je me suis tombée aujourd’hui sur le sol suite à une accrochage le la semelle sur le sol ce qui a entraîné une chute sur le sol en causant un hématome sur ma lèvre supérieure et ma joue gauche et mon genou droit.

“Pajar is worst experience I have ever had. Just RUN away and never meet with them even buying from stores. I have not received my item and NO REFUNDS, i just lost my money. Before I returned the items and again NO REFUNDS. Their products are not cheap and I am sure nothing is worth with such a terrible attitude to their clients. You can send them hundred emails but they never help. It is SCAMMERS!!!

“I bought a pair of winter boots, and 4 days after there was a 20% rebate available online . Because of the return policy , several times the help center told me the return my boots and reorder them. What ? All those expedition fees for you and me just for a rebate. Your return policy is not flexible .. When I've tried to do it on the WEB , your system is not even working I will never buy products from you in the future Thanks Marc”
“Les bottes de la collection Héritage sont vraiment chaudes. Elles sont doublées en fourrure de mouton véritable. Je porte les bottes Pajar depuis plusieurs années dejà et je suis toujours satisfaite. L'hiver ici est froid et il faut des bottes de qualité pour ne pas avoir froid, ces bottes sont parfaites pour notre climat.”
“I ordered these boots for my daughter for a Christmas gift. They didn’t take too long to arrive but when they did the small packets to preserve the fabric was busted open and all over the box. This was not a good look to a first time customer at all. The boots did not appear damaged in anyway and I hope my daughter enjoys them.”

I purposefully got a L instead of my usual M as I wanted to be able to wear a warm sweater under. I’m 5’11’’ and im happy to report that the sleeves are perfect (I hate it when they are too short).”
“Disappointed with boots I purchased. I have Pajar down filled parka since a few years and like it so when I saw these winter Chelsea slip on boots for 115$ CAD at Winners decided to try them. Very glad I didn't pay the full 240$ that they are worth on Pajar website or other shoe stores. Was happy to support local Montreal based company too. But sadly very disappointed I think they are very overpriced. First they are a bit narrow they should have a wide option for people with wide feet. But that's ok not all boots fit well with all people and they break in. The most disappointing is that although they are rated for -30° celsius they are Not warm, just wear them at -5° for work Christmas party at restaurant and got cold feet walking there. I already had winter hiking boots 200g Primaloft insulation that are worth a bit less, rated pretty much the same -32° and never get cold feet with them plus much more comfortable. I wanted something more urban looking than hiking boots for more formal dressed occasions. These are fine looking for that but really not that warm as advertised and leather seems very thin. I guess they can be ok for getting in and of a car to go places but not good for longer walking in winter outdoors.”
“While the product chosen were very nice, they did not fit as I expected. All larger sizes were gone for each item. Although tracking returns back to the company address provided was confirmed for the two items ordered, I have yet to receive refunds for the products nor a reply from the company about the refunds which is disappointing!”
