Only issues I noticed PSA stated this item will include a cleaning rod in the package, but unfortunately it was not included. Regardless of the price tag of this specific pistol , when something is stated in the product details especially a specific part / tool that is allegedly included but does not arrive with firearm it concerns me on how there QA department checks material prior to shipping. Poor attention to detail and unfortunate circumstances from this purchase.
I reached out to PSA the following day via telephone in regards to the cleaning rod. Bridgette assisted me via telephone throughout the entire process, and I received positive feedback from her stating she will be deliver the cleaning rod to my address.

I am a long-time competitive Bullseye pistol shooter. While one can "train" at 25 yards on reduced targets, the sport requires access to a 50-Yard range for "real" competition. That means testing 45 ACP loads at 50 yards. Your Denver store HAS a 50-yard indoor range. After explaining my need to test new 50-yard loads, detailing my experience as a decades long BE (22/32 SWL/45 ACP)and International shooter (22 Free Pistol) at 50-yards/50 meters I got the stock answer -- "Sorry, ONLY rifle shooters can use the 50 Yard range." I understand that MOST pistol shooters are 15 yards and less. I'm not like "MOST" pistol shooters given my competitive discipline. Thanks for listening.

Almost a week later I had not received shipping confirmation and contacted Palmetto via email asking for shipping data and was told my order had been cancelled. I called Palmetto and was told the shipment was cancelled by a Palmetto 3rd party supplier because apparently they ran out of the item. I immediately went back on Palmetto’s website to find they are still advertising the product but at a higher price. Why would they continue to advertise if it’s not available. Apparently it was previously priced wrong, and Palmetto is more will to tick-off a customer than take a loss for their mistake.”
