However PSA as a whole gets 1 STAR! They shipped my gun ups ground. The gun is lost and I have to wait another 3 weeks before I can either get a refund or a new gun sent out!!!!!”
“Rakeivius customer service rep was polite. Shipping policies seem to be a bit of a long wait for a in stock item. Half my order shipped right away, but half that is serialized could take up to 3 weeks to get by the time 10 business days, and shipping days for it to get to me. Seems like in today's world this could be lessened. But also thankful for PSA to be here in the US also.”
