“Efficient Result-Oriented Professionals with follow- up and support in every step of the process. Highly recommend them. Nov 1- Contacted Ms. Jayalakshmi of Pancard express Chennai (44-4856-6946) as my pan card processed by One Prachi Gupta had a typo in my father’s name (received electronic copy only-never received hard copy and this Prachi Gupta never responded to emails after getting then dough!). Ms Jayalakshmi was very positive that they can fix this error and this could get done within 2 weeks from the date application. As there was no option to fix the spelling of father’s name in their application form, she asked me to call the Chennai office just to make sure after submitting the application online and they can write it manually-Smart!. Nov 2-Paid the charges (same amount as getting a new card) online. Nov 2-Got an email from Ms. Prathiba with Pan card application attachment and request for scanned documents like OCI card, passport, drivers id and pan card. They asked me to fill out form and email it along with document scans to them for verification. Nov 3-Received the corrected/verified application form with a draft letter requesting correction in my father’s name. they asked me to courier the original completed application, photos, name typo correction letter and copies all documents to their Chennai office. Nov 3-Got an email from their New Jersey office informing there is a weekly shared fedex priority courier available to their India office for $ 12 (to be paid online). They pool in all applications from that week and send them to India every Friday; they even give you tracking number and regular email updates on the FEDEX shipment). Nov 4-I sent the documents to NJ office by UPS. Nov 8-They acknowledged that they received my pack. Nov 12-Friday-Got an email stating that my application pack was fedexed to their Chennai office Nov 16-Chennai office emailed that they received the application pack Nov 17-Received email that the application submitted to Chennai PAN card office. The URL and coupon number to track application status were given. Dec 2-UTIITSL emailed the electronic copy of pan card to my email. Dec 3-Rceived email from Pancard Express that my hard copy of Pancard is being printed and will be mailed to my US address by the Pancard administration. A tracking number was provided. Dec 28- UTIITSL finally mailed My pan card by Indiapost (Speed post) Jan 14-I received the hard copy of Pancard (When tracking from December 3, nothing changed in the tracking history for quite long time!) After going through thieves like Prachi Gupta, Pan card express was quite a breeze. Every step I felt that I was dealing with professionals not shady weirdos. Good work Pancard express especially Chennai Office Ms. Jayalakshmi. I appreciate the timely output. Kudos. You earned my recommendation among friends and family.”
