“Their customer service is great, I am using this service third time to get PAN card for my family. I applied from Canada and follow up from their team is top notch. My last application got delayed and they promptly found out that my application was stuck at the customs, told me to send a new application to India direclty and they refunded the courier cost. They communicated about the status of my appication at every stage and will be very happy to recommend them.”
