Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with Pan Card Express, Gouthaman. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry for any inconvenience you may have faced. PAN Officials already sent your PAN Card by international registered post to your address in the application form (Bentonville, Arkansas). In fact, as per the USPS website, the PAN Card is delivered on 1st March 2023. Is it possible someone in your household or a mail room in your community collected the package on your behalf? Please refer to postal tracking number EA061553507IN. If you think an incorrect person collected your package, you may want to contact General Manager at Bentonville Post Office to investigate. Are there any other aspects of the service that we could be doing differently to help you with your PAN card situation?

“In my opinion, english should be made rajbhasha for pan card purpose.Hindi-they hate.My daughter in law applied for change of surname after her marriage but marriage invitation card was rejected as it was printed in HINDI.They want in ENGLISH which I am unable to produce.”

“Extremely disappointed as PAN card has not been received for almost a year and in spite of multiple emails reminders sent to this organization for follow up.”

Dear Mr. Thomas, your PAN Card was dispatched to the USA by India EMS Speed post on 20th May. We communicated the postal tracking number to you by e-mail. The Postal Tracking Reference is EA644029857IN. Also, you have already collected the digitally signed e-PAN Card. If the United States Postal Service or United States Customs Department lost the package in transit and you would like to re-print again, India’s UTI will consider it as a separate application and a fee must be paid. PAN Card Express will waive off our consulting fees, but the UTI ITSL fee must be paid as those are Government charges.

“Dear Friends, I am not sure if this is the case with them all the time or just in the current situation. Absolutely pathetic service. I did apply for a re-issue of my PAN to be delivered to AUS in the mid of July and was told it might take 1-2 weeks extra due to COVID delays while the normal is 2 weeks. The tracking number I was given shows Consignment details not found in India Post site. Pan card express stopped responding to my queries after I gave a signed letter to post a query to IT department regarding missing consignment. Its been 10 days since I gave the lettter and they are absolutely pathetic in treating a customer. Please avoid their service and consider getting it through Fedex if you already have the original in India.”

Additionally, PAN Officials also dispatched your physical card to Australia by India EMS Speed post on 19th July. We communicated the postal tracking number to you by e-mail. The Postal Tracking Reference is EA644415507IN. As communicated to you over e-mail, due to COVID, the international postal services between India and Australia currently face disruptions. Income Tax Department uses only government postal services to deliver the physical PAN Card. As you already know and have acknowledged to us by e-mail, India uses digital PAN Card for all purposes – which you have already collected.

“**Scan Company** Extremely bad service. I am sure the feedback in the system is all paid feedback or friends and family feedback. I have been informed that the PAN card will be delivered to my Bahrain address. after 2months waiting i only got an email and my PAN card details via email, which i can get by paying only 300rupees. These guys charged me extra and no support at all. Ms Priya from chat support was giving me the details to reapply as they could not deliver. i requested her that you charge the normal amount for PAN card and refund me rest amount. she just cancelled the chat and removed the chat option from the line. I'm really very upset with the scam company.”

If you lost the PAN Card and would like to re-print again, UTI will consider it as a separate application and a fee must be paid. PAN Card Express will waive off our consulting fees, but the UTI ITSL fee must be paid as those are Government charges.

“It is a FAILURE to deliver the PAN CARD to UAE. My PAN CARD is searching its way all over Dubai to reach in Abu Dhabi. So , upset... I can not recommend this service company to any body. Please .... Waiting to receive my PAN CARD by spending again additionally by paying the amount in UAE Post because there was no Address mentioned when it was sent from India . They mentioned some other address on the package. Sorry to say my experience”

“Applied for pancard express. The mail got lost in transit and never reached me. They asked more money and said need to apply for duplicate. Went with it. I got an email with coupon code and tracking number. This was not valid tracking. I asked and they got back saying try tracking in few more days. Tried it several days later and tried few more times. The Card was never mailed and tracking number is not valid. Ask them to help - they just create a postal compliant for a package that was never mailed. No follow through with the issuing authority. I have never received the card and no help from this company. Bogus. You may as well apply by sending the form directly to issuing authorrity.”

I had left everything on hold, then when I contacted the company at a later date they refused unless I paid again. I explained I had already paid & monies had not been refunded originally. They are theives & have stolen my money & now not provided me the service either.”

“I applied for the PAN Card on 3 May 2018 from UAE as NRI, (almost one and half month)., Every two or three days I am sending email to Pan Card Express, but iam getting reply as I mentioned below (this email date 03.06.017). "Hello Mr. Musthakali, For a bunch of applications that submitted along with you for everyone its displaying the same status. We will check with the PAN Officials regarding the issue and will follow-up to clear the same as soon as possible." until now there is no update i received from them.. usless Service”
