“I have put off getting a Pan card for so many years because I thought it would be a hassle with a lot of paperwork and it would take a lot of time etc I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed of the process. Also along the way the service and guidance was excellent. One thing that could be improved is the envelope the Pan card arrived in, it was very poor quality. I live in a country with a lot of rain and that was not handy But all in all I rate it 5/5 Thanks”

“Dear Friends, I am not sure if this is the case with them all the time or just in the current situation. Absolutely pathetic service. I did apply for a re-issue of my PAN to be delivered to AUS in the mid of July and was told it might take 1-2 weeks extra due to COVID delays while the normal is 2 weeks. The tracking number I was given shows Consignment details not found in India Post site. Pan card express stopped responding to my queries after I gave a signed letter to post a query to IT department regarding missing consignment. Its been 10 days since I gave the lettter and they are absolutely pathetic in treating a customer. Please avoid their service and consider getting it through Fedex if you already have the original in India.”

Additionally, PAN Officials also dispatched your physical card to Australia by India EMS Speed post on 19th July. We communicated the postal tracking number to you by e-mail. The Postal Tracking Reference is EA644415507IN. As communicated to you over e-mail, due to COVID, the international postal services between India and Australia currently face disruptions. Income Tax Department uses only government postal services to deliver the physical PAN Card. As you already know and have acknowledged to us by e-mail, India uses digital PAN Card for all purposes – which you have already collected.
