“Pan Card Express provided great customer service by communicating with me at every step and answering my queries via email within few hours. I received my PAN card within 1.5 months. This is including the Speed Post time that took for PAN card to be delivered from Mumbai to Washington, DC. I never had any issues, they provided me with tracking info right after it was assigned by UTLIC. I was told that it takes 15 business day to process the card by Indian Government, it took ~13 days for my card processing. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to get a PAN card from India but hesitant about this service.”

“As an OCI card holder, I applied from Brisbane QLD Australia. The whole process took exactly 50 days for me. Pan card express team maintained communication efficiently by email. I didn't have any issues with that. There was an additional cost of registered post for the form to send to India on top of $49 USD. You can keep track record once you get the application coupon number and later consignment number. I would recommend this service.”
