“I had a good experience getting my PAN card through Pan Card Express. Their online application and review process was excellent. They kept me updated on the status of the application process. The only issue I had was the delay in getting the card shipped to me by the PAN card issuing authority. But, Pan Card Expressed followed through and made sure that the card was shipped. I would highly recommend Pan Card Express.”

“Pan card timeline My application was received on the 23rd sept. (Sent via fedex on 19th) 2nd oct- Epan card was sent 7th oct- pan card was created and dispatched It reached the post office in India on 15th oct It was dispatched to United States on the 15th oct, and I received it on the 22nd(This includes 2.5 days at customs and I live close to an international airport (under 50 miles), if you exclude the weekend, it took 5 days after the mail was dispatched to receive it) Please note there were a few holidays during this period 2nd oct and dussera. I was worried when pan card was dispatched and I didn’t see a notification on India speed post site for a long time. PAN officials send multiple applications on the same day, so you might have to wait a few days to a week before you have an update on the India postsite. They delivered on the promise of 1 month. Very happy with the service. Lakshmi and Mercylin were prompt and good all the time answering multiple questions and following up on my behalf with India speed post. Also someone has to be home to sign and receive this parcel. Also unlike post people I was able to speak to lakshmi and mercyln both. Especially when I had questions about the 2x2 photo. Thanks a lot to both of them.”

“The service is fairly good, their commitment to the lead time was fairly good. Over all the service is satisfactory as I got the PAN card within the specified lead time as indicated by them on their website. Applied 22nd August 2019, received ePAN card (to my email from UTIITSL) on 4th Sep 2019 while the progress is being updated regularly to my email and the physical delivery of PAN card to my Singapore address by 16th Sep 2019.”
