Dear Mr. Thomas, your PAN Card was dispatched to the USA by India EMS Speed post on 20th May. We communicated the postal tracking number to you by e-mail. The Postal Tracking Reference is EA644029857IN. Also, you have already collected the digitally signed e-PAN Card. If the United States Postal Service or United States Customs Department lost the package in transit and you would like to re-print again, India’s UTI will consider it as a separate application and a fee must be paid. PAN Card Express will waive off our consulting fees, but the UTI ITSL fee must be paid as those are Government charges.
