The supply issues are frustrating and lots of repetition of products (only so many notebboks/planners one person needs) but quality is good and I enjoy the surprise each month

I love getting the boxes however I received an email for my July box on the 12 th to say it was out for delivery. I have received nothing and yet my payment for August has also gone out. I have checked with Royal Mail and they do not have it to deliver. Very disappointed!!!

I can confirm that as your subscription is set up on an auto-renewal monthly service, this is the reason why the subscription has been renewed for the August box, despite your July box not arriving. After checking our email system I can see that a member of our team has been in touch with you this morning and has launched an investigation with Royal Mail. The deliveries are always on time and beautifully presented. I don't know that the contents are always worth the price though. Sometimes there's not a lot in the box. That being said it is supporting independent artists so you always pay a bit more for that.

Hi, I'm always delighted to get the pretty parcels. However, lately (April/ May/ June) the packaging was quite damaged and the items inside were also scatched or torn. Not badly, but it does dampen the joy.

Although I love the stuff the comes through, I’m finding that i’m starting to opt out of certain monthly papergang packages as much of the stuff is similar each month and lacks variety.

Contents can be a bit hit and miss - sometimes lovely but too many planners and sometimes a bit naff. Online system is confusing and customer service isn't always the quickest at getting back to people

I suppose trying to put together a monthly stationery-related box, that doesn’t repeat items of a very similar nature far too often, must be difficult. I’ve only been a member for a short time and I already have more very attractive note pads than I can reasonably use. What else could you send me? Pens, pencils, rulers, rubbers, scissors, stickers, sticky notes, envelopes that are of a reasonable size for real letters, notebooks, bookmarks, loose sheets of notepaper, again of a reasonable size for writing real letters . . . Just, please, no more notepads for a while.

I bought a 12 month subscription based on my envy of the November 2020 box which was amazing. I have been a bit disappointed to be honest with the quality (e.g. pens that don't work properly) and while each design is different there is a lot of repetition of the same kind of stationary if you are a monthly subscriber.

The boxes are great, the designs are so cute! I only wish there was more ‘useable’ stationary, daily notepads and pens etc.

Massive variety in quality so have just unsubscribed. I thought November to Jan were good but since then the designs seem so basic and not artistic at all. It is like something has changed and no one is trying to make it great anymore. Like the orange and blue box or the the print in the last box saying 'have a nice day' which is just a customer service expression rather than something meaningful or uplifting. In my last box I had two gel pens that didn't work, sticky notes that just fell apart and didn't even stock to themselves and the quality of the wood in one of the pencils was so bad I couldn't sharpen it. So I was buying things to go straight into recycling/ landfill which was a real shame. I hope you get the passion back to make it good again. I would rather pay a few more pound to have quality items than the way it is now.

The boxes are quite overpriced for what is included, and sometimes I find the things included are not useful, maybe if they had a pick and mix type box.

Very few writting instruments, some themes are completely out of my taste (the fish month, absolutely horrendous). Notebooks, lots of them are blank or dotted paper (i know its a trend now with dotted notebooks), i like lined ones. I know its hard to please everyone. On top of it, i can see next months products all over facebook (november box it has a fox theme) and i receive emails with links to the unboxing for next month, completely spoiling the surprise. I wouldn’t give up on Papergang, not just yet. Washi tape are absolutely useless. Monthly calendar file is useless. The nicest thing from October box is the letter set, although gold, i wish a normal coloured icon, not gold, not all of us are “divas”, we are most likely nerds. Sorry, some boxes are amazing, bust most of them are just average. I DDDOOO love the idea that every 4 boxes sold a tree will be planted.

Received two boxes; beautiful artwork. Really enjoyed the little note pads and letter sets. Just a little disappointed with the variety and quality of the items. Some items were not even stationary related like the patches, but they were cute. Not worth monthly full price; better off buying the stationary you do want off their site or through different vendors. Overall lovely idea; but lacking variety.

Thought the first box in my subscription was fantastic (March's box). Got this month's box today and dont feel satisfied that it's good value for money. Feel like there is much to show for 15 pounds. I didnt sign up for sheets of stickers and a patch. Will give it another month and then I might consider cancelling
