I was really pleased with my first two boxes but this month's box seems a bit of a rip off. I know £1 of it is going to a good charity, but the quality of the book is awful, and other items are a rubber, washi tape, ruler and patch. Have cancelled my subscription.

I've been a subscriber for a year and found the experience hit and miss. I have received all the issues, but October and November were very, very late. More than a month each. Also, my December package was very beaten up. Not enough to warrant a refund or replacement, but Canada Post should be held accountable. When I raised the issue with the company, they must of misunderstood my concern because their solution was for me to take a photo of my damaged materials before replacing. After one year subscription, you hit 75%. Not sure if that is good or bad, but I suggest more time be spent with customer's complaints and postal companies. Sheryl

We're extremely sorry that two of your editions arrived late and any inconvenience this caused as a result. Unfortunately, with sending these internationally, from time to time there are factors which are out of our control which can impact transit times and as a result cause delays in the boxes being delivered. Please be assured we review our postal/courier services on a regular basis, to make sure we can give the best possible service to all our customers. The communication made with the team, it’s standard procedure for us to request images of any damages which have occurred to products before or during transit, so we can report these accordingly and act upon. I dont love each box and some items like a weekly planner get put in the box quite often. It would be nice to see more different items

A little disappointed to be honest. The box arrived all ripped so I couldn't do the craft bit. The bag is ok but a bit odd without context, I definitely won't user iron on patches and wouldn't say they're stationery. The cards are ok though not the funniest. Probably the only thing I'll use is the 'to do list pad. Hopefully next month will be better

Whilst it is a nice package to receive - I subscribed for three months - I was disappointed with my first one - I would not class it as a stationery subscription - more bits and pieces. I have no use for iron on stickers and I don't think the bag was worth 14.95 - I have Orla Kiely ones that have beautiful designs for a third of the price. I would have expected a pen or pencil to have been in each box - making it ready for use, but May's box didn't have either. Will wait and see what the next two months bring.
