“This service is the best, they give you back your document on time and the comments are great. I am a bad writer and my sentence structure is not there and clarity issues as well. The professor even told me that and they found it right away. They sent me a paper back with 2 different versions. The first was the corrections and the other was where and why they made the corrections. I am now hiring them to help me academically and Sue and Sharon they are so good at what they do! Highly, Highly recommend this service.”

“Excellent editing. I submitted my thesis for editing and they did a great job on my work. The editor Arthur gave a lot of helpful comments on my thesis which helped improve the structure of my document. The grammatical errors marked by the editor also helped a lot. “The editor not only corrected my mistakes but also educated me on them by often explaining the changes made through the text. This was very helpful, because I will not repeat those errors next time. In general I did not have too many errors in my text, but seeing the comments from the editor made me feel more confident about my work. Moreover the corrections were sent to me the day before the deadline! That was great! The customer service was very helpful. I was facing some issues with my card because of which the payment was not going through, but they guided me very patiently and helped me place the order. Thank you PaperTrue and I look forward to working with you again.”

“Andrew did an amazing job, which greatly exceeded my expectations! He caught over five-times the number of errors that I thought may have existed. I accepted nearly all of his proposed changes, and the few that I did not, I seriously considered. He had many ways to better word things, which greatly improved the clarity of my writing. He corrected many subject-verb agreement flaws, which I am weak at, and he separated compound sentences with commas, which I rarely forget. Andrew has an incredible eye for detail; for example, he even caught missing spaces within a couple formulas and tables. Andrew was familiar with the subject matter—economics—down to the technical level. For example, he knew that economists conventionally write price elasticities of demand as positive numbers, although they are technically negative numbers. As I did not mention this in my text, he knew it would confuse my readers, and he recommended I explain this technicality in more detail. I was very impressed! Andrew also gave advice on how to present graphs/equations more clearly, and he caught a few labeling errors between these and the body of the text, which is well beyond what traditional proofreaders do. These are only a few examples of how Andrew has improved my writing. I give Andrew five out of five stars—he is truly a master in his field. Without question, I will use PaperTrue’s services again, and I will recommend them to my friends, colleagues, and students. Thank you!”

“Literally the WORST company for editing and proofreading! All they care about is easy money they can get from you. Worst customer service: endless lies, do not keep their promises, contradicting one another, give you NO cash back for huge mistakes they made, I have it ALL recorded and screenshot and it was sent to them. Lowest level of edit: 1. None of the editors changed a research projects name into capital letters! 2. Moreover, you fill up a form with your request and they IGNORE it. I demanded the most important thing for me- a UK editor and they sent it to a re-edit with an American one!! Without letting me know! 3. Those 2 did not read over the comments I asked for in the re-edit and just made a few cheap changes, so it will look like they had done something. The first re-edit literally edited over the first edits (meaning, the USA editor changed over what the UK editor changed) and that's it! How ridicules is that?! The company will not tell you, but even if you pay lots of money for proofing in short hours because you are in a rush (let's say 6 hours), and they did a lame editing or ask you some questions they want answers to (to shorten their work time) and you send it again- it can take 24 hours! Worst thing happened: look at the picture I added. After 4 MONTHS the Director of Customer Experience ignored me completely, he got the review in “SiteJabber” and wrote me the attached email. PaperTrue is trying to hide the negative reviews in the dirtiest ways. Moreover, he continued to ignore me 100% after I replied him 4 times asking for the invites needed for the two other review portals they use. I had to fight PaperTrue for over a month to get those invites. I will happily send you all emails and chats I had with them and you could see it yourself. omispt@gmail.com THIS IS A SHAME TO USE THEIR SERVICE! DO NOT DO IT!”

“Very professional work, extremely happy! Whenever the editor was afraid its proposal could change the meaning of the sentence, she/he warned me by adding a comment. She/he also explained to me some of the corrections, so that I ended learning English grammar! And she/he even realized about some mistakes in graphs' legends. Very effective and constructive, I will repeat, no doubt.”
