"I am genuinely furious with the experience I\u2019ve had with this company.\r\n\r\nI ordered a wedding photo book for \u00a385 as a gift for my parents, who live abroad. We only see them once a year, so this was incredibly important to me. I wanted to give them something beautiful from our wedding just a few months ago. This wasn\u2019t just a casual purchase; it was something meaningful and time-sensitive.\r\n\r\nI spent hours and hours carefully designing the photobook, formatting every page exactly how we wanted it. It was detailed, intentional, and something I put a lot of care into.\r\n\r\nWhat I received? Completely unacceptable.\r\n\r\nWe chose the fabric photobook with a photo on the front, assuming there would be a proper slot or window for the image to sit neatly inside. Instead, they\u2019ve literally just stuck the photo on the front. It looks cheap and amateur, like something a child has glued together.\r\n\r\nWhile most of the photos printed fine, multiple pages included the default placeholder text \u201cadd photo caption here\u201d at the bottom. How on earth does that even make it to print? Why would any customer want that? This alone proves there is zero quality control! No one is checking these orders before they\u2019re sent out.\r\n\r\nNow here\u2019s where it gets even worse. We are flying on Wednesday to see my parents, the entire reason for ordering this in the first place. I asked for a reprint to be done properly and delivered before we leave. Apparently, that\u2019s impossible, they can\u2019t get it to me for over a week. Completely useless given the circumstances.\r\n\r\nSo I then requested a full refund so I could order from a more reliable company. And what do they say? I have to return the photobook first. Seriously? Why on earth would they want a personalised wedding album back with someone else\u2019s private photos in it? And more importantly, why am I now expected to waste time returning an item, while packing for an international trip, when this mess is entirely their fault?\r\n\r\nCustomer service was just as bad. Alea, the agent I dealt with, was incredibly unhelpful. She didn\u2019t even send the return label as promised and instead fobbed me off to an AI bot, forcing me to waste even more time trying to get back to a human, only to end up with her again to request the label again.\r\n\r\nThe whole experience has been stressful, time-wasting, and deeply disappointing.\r\n\r\nDO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS!!\r\n\r\nI\u2019ll be taking my business elsewhere to \"Photobubble\". They offer next-day delivery and far better customisation tools, which is the bare minimum you\u2019d expect when you\u2019re paying this kind of money."

"Photobook has arrived but the front photo is peeling off, so very disappointed in the poor quality. \r\nI have tried previously to get customer service help a while ago before buying and no one got back to me, so I have little faith that anyone will get back to me about this.\r\nFor such an expensive product, I expected far better quality. From the photos online I expected the front cover photo to be integrated into the cover, and not just stuck on! As this keeps peeling off and is unacceptable for such an expensive product. \r\nSuch a shame, I wouldn\u2019t order one again."

"Printed off centre - looks faulty and very poorly printed. Comically, customer service said 'we can suggest an item that would print more centrally' - what more than the one I ordered which demonstrates its centrally printed?? (see pic of what it should be)\r\n\r\nCustomer service took week to reply and don't seem interested in rectifying.\r\nPoor quality and poor customer service."
