“The only thing I don’t like about the book is so many extraneous pages at the beginning for my 2021 planning purposes — TMI! They’re difficult to remove as well. Perhaps a wire-bound option would be good. But everything else about the book is nice, quality at rapid turnaround for a good price.”

“Great planners, feel like they are nice quality but the pages are more see through than I have expected. The pages are not see through in the pictures online so I am not perfectly happy.”

“Loved my diary. Very minor criticism, the dairy layout has dates repeated at the start/end of the month whenever the new month doesn't start on a Monday which I anticipate will cause me some confusion throughout the year.”

“The stationery is lovely and well-made. I would encourage you to provide a box free of charge and only assign a cost if a customer wants the box customized in some way. I didn’t understand if I didn’t select the box (and accept the charge) that I would not receive a box at all! That was very disappointing.”

“The quality is good. I would love it if you would provide a product similar to Michel Design Works Country Diary which they discontinued in 2021. Your product was the closest I could find to that, but it is not exactly ideal for a journal. For example the whole first section of it will be wasted and the daily journaling pages are very thin.”

“I do wish you that there was an 8”by 11” size :) as a left handed person the smaller size coupled with the book-bound feature makes it a little hard to write in. But love the personalization and decor options. Had a hard time selecting!”

“Planner is gorgeous, nice quality. Only quibble is that I wish dates didn't repeat when months overlap and don't end cleanly on at the end of a week. IE, I don't like having the same week repeated at the end of December and the beginning of January. It's confusing! I've ended up marking at least one of the offending repeat weeks throughout my planner with stickers/other notation and I'm going to use them for extra writing space...but it's annoying and I would rather the weeks hadn't been repeated. Other than that complaint the planner is really lovely and I'm planning on being a repeat customer in 2022! I'm also considering ordering notebooks or planners for my mom and sister.”
