“I bought one of the leather notebooks with gold foiling - it was beautifully packaged and it seems really good quality, it would make an amazing gift! Personalisation is really easy and there's so much choice for colour and design. My only issue is that when it arrived, the gold on the cover is quite patchy and cracked. I know this is normal with foiling however it just makes me think it will wear off quite easily with use, and for £35, I would have hoped it would be a little better quality.”

“the journal is gorgeous but i have two complaints; 1, i wish in the customization process we could have chosen the color for the ribbon and front pages. the pink kind of clashes with the forest green and gold of my cover. and 2, there is a STRONG smell from the pages. i hope it fades in time but wow that’s strong.”

“I ordered a notebook for a present but had a problem using the promotional discount code. Lovely Sian from the Customer Service Team, sorted it for me, even to the extent of manually reimbursing the difference post payment and keeping me up to date throughout by email. Brilliant service and lovely notebook. 5 star review.”

“Great product, last minute delivery options, arrived safely. Only issue was getting the card designed it wouldn't let me move forward even when the design was complete - I used the chat option for customer support and it was sorted eventually.”

“The daily productivity planner is very well organized and dedicates an appropriate number of pages and page space to information each week. I find that I don't have tons of unused paper which usually happens for me with planners! I do however notice that I don't utilize the Saturday and Sunday pages for what they are intended but I've been using those pages as extra note space instead which has been helpful. Great planner!”

Hi Saoirse, I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the diary! We developed our 2021 diaries in this way due to consistent customer feedback on our 2020 diaries, asking for a clearer ‘month end’ setup in 2021 whereby months not finishing on a Sunday have the rest of the week on either side of the lists page, to allow for easier planning and simpler continuation month on month. Previously, our customers found that events in the second half of a week which fell over the end of the month were getting lost on later pages (after the list page), hence us making this change. The new setup gives you the option to plan your events and days either on the end of month week, or start of month week depending on your preference, and you can simply cross off whichever set you prefer not to use. The transition dates (the ones that don’t fall in the month that side of the month end pages), are greyed out to indicate this. Because of the way the dates fall at the end of January and February in 2021 (both ending on a Sunday), the week view for the end of the month does not cross over into the next month, so these months don’t repeat any dates.
