“This was my first time ordering from Papier. Order came well before expected/promised. Inside the planner looks exactly like it’s depicted online. Overall I’m happy with this planner. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the overall look of fairy tale isnt the same in person as online. The stock photo is clearly enhanced. It’s a beautiful print. I was just expecting more vibrant colors.”

“I took advantage of the Black Friday discount and ordered personalised diaries for my whole family and myself. I love the weekly and monthly overview which makes planning so much more fun. The price is also fair. The only thing to be improved is to add more designs by Black and other minority artists . I might be wrong but it seems currently there aren’t many artists of color featured.”

“Premium price but definitely a premium product. Nice feel and good quality. Improvements could include gloss paper and more template options including more ability to insert text. Quick turnaround and delivery time.”

“I had a very positive experience with Papier! The products are unique and very classy. I also had a great customer service experience. The team personally reached out to me when they needed a little more time to ship out the notebooks I purchased and even then they still arrived on time. The one issue I had is that, while the leather notebook I ordered came very well protected in a Papier box, the other notebooks I ordered didn’t have as much protection and the bottom edge of both notebooks was a little smooshed. That was definitely disappointing given it is a gift. However still great experience and I’m sure the receiver will love them!”

“I ordered the items early for a Christmas gift which Somehow got lost. The customer service was responsive and got another order printed and I got it about 10 days later than expected but the quality was good. Nice for custom orders.”
