“Not sure why they have to trim the outside border of your own design, made the border smaller than we had designed it. Otherwise paper quality and overall service was good.”

“It is expensive but you do feel you get premium products. I was a bit disappointed that my personalised child's book was already gift wrapped as I would have like to have seen it before handing it over as a gift. But that is my only criticism, it really is a great website.”

“Came out exactly as designed. However, there were a few imperfections on the printing, despite using an incredibly high quality photo. Would had been nice to know what finish the card would have e.g satin, gloss, matt.”
