“This was my first time shopping for my husband (who loves to skate board) on your website and I am very disappointed. I purchased the Polar Pant Khaki M Tall as a Valentine’s Day gift. Monday y’all sent me a tracking number for the shipment, and yesterday (Tuesday) I got a random email saying it was cancelled and I was getting refunded-gave me no reason why and was really out of the blue. A reason before cancelling the order would’ve been nice, and now y’all have given me 5 days to figure out a new gift.”
