No one has responded to me about my refund. Paradeworld has had my return in their possession for over 3 weeks, and i still haven't gotten a response. I've called them three times, emailed them four times, and sent a DM on instagram and they wont get back to me. I do not recommend!

I ordered an 8.5 inch Passport Knocker series deck and was sent the wrong deck but I decided to keep it because it had a 8.5 inch sticker on it and was from the same Passport Knocker series. After a few weeks of skating it I decided to measure it and come to find out its actually an 8 inch deck. Someone at NJ Skate Shop tried to pass off an 8 inch deck as an 8.5 by putting a 8.5 sticker on it probably because they didn't have the deck I ordered. The shipping was insanely overpriced and for some reason everything was sent from a different shop... not a single shop was stocked with bones reds, mob grip, and indy 149s? This is karma for not driving an hour plus to a local shop.

Normally good , but this time awful , sent emails , but had one reply , still waiting for parade world to get back to me about my order that hasn’t been delivered .. not good at all

Didn't receive my order. And support also seems to be ghosting. Pretty bummed as they seem to carry great stuff but am not able to trust anymore.

I got the wrong size trucks I emailed your customer service and they said they would send a replacement pair over a week ago I have emailed and called you with no answer very unprofessional all I want is what I paid for I sent the other trucks back on the 8th I’d like my 149 titanium trucks I ordered from you all I just want to go skate and I can’t because I spent my cash on these trucks and now I’m stuck waiting I placed this order on the 29th of last month it’s now the 15th of the new month this is completely unacceptable help me get what I am owed please.

A refund was not processed on this occasion because the package was successfully delivered to the address provided to us at check-out. The customer support agent ghosted me after not receiving a package, lost around 95 USD, on something that didn't come. I want to support local skate shops, but I also want my product to be at my house.

A few of our items shipped to a different address .We tried calling multiple times- and no one ever picks up. When we emailed- no one responded These were Xmas gifts and we are super disappointed with the service. I hope we can even get out money back.

Ordered 11/27 and haven’t received shipping information much less the product. When I contacted your customer service I received an unintelligible response, and still no tracking number or when the item will ship.

I can see you ordered from our US website to a UK address and this means the order is subjected to customs fees. Sadly this is not something that we have control over and is paid directly to the courier company, however before an order is placed you're informed if customs fees will need to be paid.
