i never got my package! i got the delivered message but never got my package, i emailed the customer support and i still have no idea if i will get help or no!

When we're informed that an item is not delivered despite the tracking information stating it was, then we will need to open an investigation with the courier. This is so that we can either locate the package and have it delivered to you, or if it's lost then we can process a full refund. In order to do this, we would need to wait for the courier service to conclude their investigation. Upon further investigation between ourselves and the Partner Store we were able to deduce that the deck you received, although it was vintage reissue, the truck holes were indeed misaligned as you pointed out from the point of manufacture. We really sorry about that. We immediately took action and issued you a partial refund to make up for any inconvenience caused with this order. I was sent a highly defective collectible deck that is worthless. I sent multiple emails and pictures to you with a promise that you would handle it, but I never heard from you again and now I’m stuck with a worthless item and out $140.00. VERY POOR BUSINESS. See attached pics.

This was my first time shopping for my husband (who loves to skate board) on your website and I am very disappointed. I purchased the Polar Pant Khaki M Tall as a Valentine’s Day gift. Monday y’all sent me a tracking number for the shipment, and yesterday (Tuesday) I got a random email saying it was cancelled and I was getting refunded-gave me no reason why and was really out of the blue. A reason before cancelling the order would’ve been nice, and now y’all have given me 5 days to figure out a new gift.

The HUF shell jacket we received was different from the photo. The photo and description showed 2 front zipper breast pockets. The description also said the side pockets had a hidden fastening but they did not. We returned the jacket as we were disappointed.

I have really not liked the experience at all while shopping at Parade. I'll start with the parts I liked. I liked the fact that I got the shoes early by a day, that was fortunate. I also liked how they had the shoe that I wanted which a lot of other stores didn't have. Those were the positives. The parts I didn't like were I wasn't able to call anyone about my problem because there is no one ever on the phones. There is also basically no help over the weekend so if you're going to take a week to ship it and have orders on the weekend, have people working on the weekends because the entire order was messed up. Not only am I having to send in the shoes, but I have to wait who knows how long to get the shoes I originally ordered. I feel like I am getting punished for wanting these shoes because the people at Parade or the store Parade works with can't read a shoe box. So I felt bad having to air my grievance with the person that got back to me after making me wait for an entire weekend and then some to get any leeway with what to do with my messed up order. The only time I can see myself shopping or recommending this store to anyone at all is if its a last resort and they want a certain colorway. Besides that I would say stay away they mess up orders and take forever to get back to people for customer service. I would go as far to say that they put money before the customer because that is what it feels like I did not enjoy my experience whatsoever. The return policy should not punish the people that just ordered the shoes, Parade should be held more accountable. Plus now that I am thinking about it, me getting it a day earlier was all on USPS and had nothing to do with Parade. I am not happy with the experience basically at all and might shop here again, but man not happy. I could have bought these shoes off two other sites that I would guarantee wouldn't treat me as an after thought. Get a phone that works. and people to reply quicker than like 36 hours
