I discover some additional taxes to pay at the end of the process. I would have liked to know it from the start.

Shipping costs are elevated beyond normal…prioritize different shipping options with normal fees for people who aren’t interested in paying more for shipping than the products they order

Shipping was good but shoes I got one was a display model perfectly aged by the sun shrunk a bit too much

Original purchase dispatched quickly but lost by courier! Due to no one answering customer phone line took a while to arrange a Replacement, had to accept a refund and re order! Luckily arrived in time for Xmas.

Don't like how individual postage is paid on each item when ordering multiple items. Also, one item was ordered and paid for but refunded several hours later, stating it was actually unavailable. When contacted to complain resolved issue but shouldn't have happened in first instance.

When you order multiple items, we will aim to get them all shipped from the same store, but this might not always be possible. In that situation, a shipping fee will be charged for each part of the order that is coming from a different store. At the check-out, before the order is placed, we will inform you if the order is coming from different stores. Regarding the cancellation, we're truly sorry about this. We always strive to show up-to-date inventory levels, but sadly there are rare occasions when an order is canceled after it's placed. Paying for shipping for a $180 sweater . The sweater not working out and no prepaid return label. Paid 21 dollars at FedEx to ship back. Ridiculous. Pros, fast shipping to customer .

Wasn’t sure about the site but I gave it a try. Wish I’d known what company I was ordering from through Parade. Found out a couple days later and looked directly on their site and they were having a 24% off sale. Could have saved some $. Also shipping was really high. Now I know.

I didn’t like the fact that I was ordering two shirts from two different places so it was five dollars or more each to ship but the shirts are nice.

ITEMS PURCHASED WERE TO MY GRANDSON'S LIKING. DID NOT APPRECIATE BEING CHARGED $7.60 POST FACTO BECAUSE THE ITEMS WERE FROM CANADA. THE BANK CHARGES A CURRENCY FEE. DOUBT

The shop who sent my shoes didn't have the color I ordered. So, they sent me a different color without contacting me and told me I could mail them back if I didn't like the shoes.

My shoes arrived in a soaking wet box.. within a shipping bag. I’m not sure if it left Parade like that, or somehow in shipping the seemingly waterproof bag allowed enough water to ruin the shoe box. I let the shoes air dry and they seemed to be I damaged. Very shocked to see that.

I like the availability/variety of products and am happy to support smaller shops. I dislike the extra fee and the cost/logistics of returns. Paying so much for return shipping really turns me off to ordering things like sneakers that I haven’t already owned and know my exact size.
