“I very much like the site and the platform it offers smaller stores. However, not having returns organised by the site itself and having to arrange a return myself probably makes me unlikely to use the site again.”

“I thought it was very nice that you offered free shipping to first time users. I was disappointed with the fact that I ordered an anti hero deck and it arrived in a different color than the one pictured. I'd suggest updating the product description and images.”

Hello Brianna, We're very sorry you received a different coloured Anti Hero Deck to the one that is pictured. “Parade is similar to a consolidator, in that they bring together items which are on sale on other websites. The upside is that everything is available via one site. The Downside is that they charge postage for each item even though the site actually holding and shipping the item may not. You pays your money and takes your choice. Personally I would buy from the site holding and shipping the Item.”

Hi James, Parade is an online marketplace, we do not work with other websites, we only work with small stores and brands. Our products are sold at full price or on sale just as if you'd have purchased from the actually brand or store. However, we do not hold any inventory or stock which means that the items are actually getting delivered from different locations. And if you wish to put a tag on us ... we don't act like consolidators, we act like mediators between, you, the buyers and our sellers. Hope this helps! All the best, Maria

“Greetings, Although Parade has served me well and I have no complaints about the service of Parade, I have had tracking issues with the vendors whom Parade has contracted with to fulfil orders. Of the items that I had ordered, 2 arrived with no issues, the other 2 remain undelivered and untraceable.”

“Not the first time I've ordered to Finland because you have a good variety of stuff because of the concept. Unfortunately the Sour deck I ordered was the wrong shape, because it only said high concave, and I thought the only sour high concave is S3 (shape n. 3) This was a shape number five which I didn't know even existed, and I'm particularly picky about the shapes and how steep and what shape the kicks have. If sour has played it well to inform the exact shapes and measurings on the decks, it's no use if internet shops won't mention the shape on the description.”

“The website is grate and I love the community feel bringing small skate shops together! if you don't spend over the free postage amount witch is an incredible high amount, the postage will be incredible expensive because of the multiple shipments! They also helped with an delivery address issue as best they could witch was much appreciated indeed! Thanks Parade”

“The grip tape had an air bubble that I had to pop and smooth out. Not a huge deal because I have had that happen wile I was putting on grip tape. It just seamed a little rushed.”
