The service you provide is necessary and beneficial. The issue that I have is that your shipping threshold is too high. Knowing that most people will want free shipping, having a $200 minimum is a good strategy for Parade as it drives sales. Most buyers are looking at the free shipping rather than the over all bill. I have found that I can use your site to see what is available, but if I go to the individual vendors, I can get the item I want...get free shipping...without having to spend more money than I want just to get free shipping. Trust me, I get what is being done. I own a business too and drive sales...it is just that the shoe is on the other foot. I'll probably use your service for larger orders, but for the smaller one item order, I'll go right to the vendor.

Hi David, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your review. As we're a market place we work with partner stores that are located in various different locations and therefore orders are not shipped from one location, which is usually a factor in reducing the cost of shipping. We already heavily subside the cost of shipping and offer free shipping where it is possible. Currently, customers who have Parade accounts are getting free shipping on their orders and we recommend customers order from the same store in order to reduce the cost of shipping. I ordered pink rails. White ones showed up. There wasn’t an easy way to return them and I couldn’t find a contact. I’ll just keep the white ones cause it’s not worth the hassle. Even tho they don’t look good.

ordered a 10” deck and got sent 9” grip tape so had to go and get new grip to fit the board which was slightly annoying

The shoe box was slightly damaged and on of the shoes was laced up. Seemed like the shoe was tried on.

I ordered a pair of Dime x Vans Wayvee skate shoes and they arrived with a heavily damaged box and lint ridden sock liner. Not a huge deal, but very annoying. Nonetheless the shoes arrived on time as the size I ordered and nothing was missing which I think is significantly more important. Parade won’t be my first choice for skate supplies, but then again, neither is any online website. Support your local.

I ordered two t-shirts for my Grandson, to be sent to him for his 13th Birthday. They were from two separate outlets. Imagine my disappointment when his Mum rang me, on his Birthday, to say one of the tops, I had ordered boys XL, an adult XL had been sent. My daughter is in the process of returning the t-shirt. The fact you have to pay delivery as two separate outlets, and then the t-shirt is wrong size, I might be reluctant to order further goods.

We're very sorry if there was any confusion but Fore-Cast currently don't make children's sizes. As we are a marketplace and work with a wide range of sellers, the prices you see on the products listed are decided by the sellers and not something we at Parade have control over. I appreciate being able to get specific brands from multiple stores through one site but one of the shirts in my order was not what I ordered and was an XL. I only ordered mediums. Also, there aren’t free returns so I’m worried that they’ll still charge me shipping for returning an incorrect order.
