Ordering what I wanted and getting them was no problem. But, less than a week of wearing the sneakers, there a one inch tear on the inside of the shoe. Now it is torn from the toe to the arch of the shoe, just on one shoe. It's right where the material meets the rubber, it doesn't make sense the way it's coming apart. I would hope that you could help out with this problem, otherwise I will not be ordering from Parade again. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Linda Fitzpatrick

Dear Craig, First of all I am overall very satisfied and à big fan of what you guys do. Neverthleless, two things that might help you (since you ask) : - I was pretty disapointed to find my Quasi board with a scratch on it. From a blade I présume. I would definitely have returned the deck if it was a skateshop in my town. - 2nd : I had to pay 69€ of custom which I Didn't know about. Maybe customers should be warned about that. It does state in our terms and conditions that when ordering from overseas, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination. We will definitely look at making this clearer to customers. Glad they had the deck I wanted. Too bad they shipped it in a box where it was bouncing around. You would think a collector page would understand how to ship a deck correctly and without damage or potential damage!!

Your order was packed and despatched from the store the same day that you placed the order but was unfortunately held up by USPS. a 50€ product was 130€ in the end... I hate the brexit and the DHL for earning 42€ with my purchase. I will never ever order from GB again nor will I ever order at stores affiliated with DHL again. Parade per se is a nice store and the support was just fine

This would mean the order was delivered to you within 4 working days and the order was on a 2-5 working day delivery service. Ordered the Carhartt Converse hightops for my daughter, they arrived pretty quick but was wondering why there was some long blonde hair inside the sneaker. I quickly realized that they were not women’s 9.5, but men’s 9.5, which were way too big for my daughter. Some other female must have done the same thing. There was no indication that these were men’s sizes.

If you had made us aware of the hair in the shoe, we would have been able to investigate this further and potentially offer a free returns label. I ordered 1 skateboard, received 1 skateboard in a box made for a 10 stack with zero packing. Luckily it arrived undamaged, but damn, amature move there. Also received an invoice/packing list, no slaps, nothing. So yeah, acceptable (barely).
