No issues with Parade. Issue with skate shop shipping the deck. Poor job sealing the box. Box arrived half open due to flimsy box and cheap tape used. Also deck color did not match what I ordered. Tried contacting Parade before purchasing but never got a response. Deck was shipped promptly. Not sure if I would use Parade again as I like to communicate directly with sell/shop when I have questions.

The board had no protection. By the time I got it the packaging was awful!

All good with delivery and product, but I asked for my skateboard deck to be gripped and the griptape was included separately. When I brought this to their attention they directed me to a YouTube video on how to apply it. I managed but it wasn't the cleanest job; air bubbles, and the rusty Stanley blade I had to hand wasn't ideal for slicing the excess grip away. So all good apart from that, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

Mostly good except items that were ordered were later refunded as they were unable to fulfil the order. I suppose the risk when using a third party, however this didn't reduce the inconvenience or frustration at only receiving half a skateboard and then only realising that the items had been cancelled when checking emails.

Fairly helpful when I had problems with my package being shipped. Did not respond quickly whatsoever and didn't do much to actually help though, mostly just said "let us know" etc.

Difficult to return. The process was not easy to get to and then I had to pay $22 to mail back. The return window is short too.

First time ordering, pretty quick and a variety of brands. The packager messed up my order and forgot to pack another set of trucks. Parade “says” they’ll ship it out to me, but I’m still waiting for some kind of confirmation and or tracking number.

I was the one taking care of your order and the mistake of shipping just one set of trucks, and not the two sets like you ordered. I've checked your tracking and I can see that you received the second pair of trucks 7 days after the first set arrived. Within usual circumstances, the extra set of trucks would have arrived much sooner, however, due to COVID-19, the store in question was unable to access their store due to lockdown. Due to this event, we were able to ship from another store in order to reduce your wait time. Apologies again, although the mistake was ours, COVID exacerbated the delays. Great products and relatively fast delivery, the only downfall is in order to get a complete board I had to pay shipping for each individual part. Deck, trucks, wheels, bearings, bolts, griptape. It would be nice to receive the whole order at once.

Shipped very quickly, right size of wheels, but wrong color from the picture. I received a red color wheel. Really bummed though the color shown in the picture would’ve matched really well with my new board.

Hi Génesis, thank you for the review and terribly sorry to hear this. I've checked and I can see that you ordered a set of white Spitfires that featured a green Big Head logo. As stated, the wheels you received had a red graphic. There can be instances where we cannot guarantee that the intricate graphics of wheels are accurate. This happens when the manufacturer changes the design during the season. Apologies for this. Hello Kathy, Sorry to hear of the confusion with the Vans socks you recently purchased. We can see, how at first glance, it can look like you're receiving 6 pairs of socks, however, the listing (Vans 3-Pack Classic Crew Socks) requires you to choose grey or black as a 3 pack. Regarding the image, we will make some improvements so we don't illustrate six individual socks (3 grey and 3 black) and opt for a more specific image that reflects 3 pairs of black or 3 pairs of grey.
