“Mostly a good way to support local skate shops, but sometimes shops do not have the items listed which is very frustrating. Getting a refund for things not actually in stock, mistakes made, or lost by DHL takes way too long.”

“The item I bought was impossible to find except for here, so that was great! Only downside was that the shipping time was about doubled without much communication, so I didn’t know if I was going to get my package at all. Aside from this it was great!”

“Product was as described. Delivery was prompt. I am giving 4 stars because there was an issue with the payment processing. My order was placed on the US website, indicating shipping from within the US, but my credit card charge indicated a payment in Ireland with an additional foreign transaction fee. I did appreciate that when I chatted with a representative, they quickly issued a refund for the fee. However, if I wasn’t paying close attention, I wouldn’t have noticed this incorrect fee. Sounds like an issue with their payment processing, that needs to be rectified.”
