“Overall I’d say my experience dealing with Parade World has been good. The issue I had on this order was my shoes were shipped in the shoe box (not in a larger box) So the shoe box was taped up and was tagged. Not acceptable to collectors or someone buying it as a present for someone else.”

“Overall I was satisfied except for the shipment part. 27$ of customs when merch cost 40 is more then "a little" and DHL is a carrier made the experience drop significantly.”

“Shoes arrived with only 1 shoe in the box which has never happened and is ridiculous and I would have rated the experience as a 1. However the customer service agent fully remedied the problem within a few days. She made me happy and saved you from a bad review. Well done Asma.”
