June Store in the UK is the worst skateboard shop I've ever utilised. I received some damaged items, then I have been trying to get in touch with this store via Parade, but still no response. They are not responsible and unreliable. I don't recommend purchasing any items from June store online.

i bought a clearly in stock palace skatebaord, they took my money and then contacted me day and a half later to tell me that they were "Unfortunately, unable to fulfil" my order this is great because now i cannot get the deck i wanted because it is out of stock, thanks so much parade world

Be very careful about misinformation in product listings on this website. I was sold a 'pair' of Independent trucks and received confirmation clearly stating I had purchased a pair of trucks and the money was debited from my card. I was then advised by Parade that this had been incorrectly listed as a pair and the price was only for one truck. i was not offered the pair at the original agreed price, nor was I offered any discount that wasn't already available - despite the admission that this was their error. Absolutely terrible customer experience.

Hello John, Many apologies about your experience. The request to change your order from a size US10.5 to a US10 was actioned by the Parade team, however, the seller accidentally despatched the US10 despite us calling the store to confirm the change. Unfortunately, despite our efforts to send you the US10.5 as requested, it was down to human error when despatching your order. We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Returned a pair of shoes untouched because I realized I purchased the wrong size, and I was rejected. They did not reply to my follow-up email either. Heres some pictures of the condition of my shoes after the return was rejected and sent back to me (brand new). Pretty disappointed as I wanted to get the right shoe size. With no explanation, I can't recommend buying, despite having good experiences shopping here before

Items are sent from partner stores we work with, which means returns also go back to them. Our partner stores will accept a return unless it's sent back in a condition where the item can't be re-sold. Such as if it's been worn outside or it's not in its original box etc. I am truly sorry on this occasion our partner store was not able to accept the return and process your full refund. If both my orders were smooth, I’d be pretty happy.. but, I’m annoyed..Parades Selection is great, I was about to spend way more than I wanted after seeing some dope designer fit. But, before I do, I’ll ordered a couple pairs of shoes.. SZ 9.5 awesome! Price @$50 even more awesome! First shoe, apair of Lakai’s I’ve been hunting for (I ripped my current pair). Extremely fast shipping.. open the box, look at the correct invoice with picture and description of the shoe... I received Vans lows.. in size 13!?!? Ok well big mistake, whatever, I understand, I get it ready to ship back, waiting for confirmation on the correct shoe, I even gave the ok for a size 9 or 10. I get a message back..it’s no longer available and they will refund me when it is returned.. hmmmmm.. So now I go check Parades site it IS available in a size 9.5 and a 9.. but, the shoe has been bumped to $75, shady much? I’m not sure if that’s business best practices, bait and switch? Anyways, I feel a bit taken advantage of.. 2nd Shoe came in like normal, right shoe, right size, right price. Just as a purchase should be.. don’t send me the completely wrong shoe then bump price so I can’t exchange for it.. I’ll try y’all again, but if this happens again, and y’all mess with my emotions again. I’m gonna be pisssed, not gonna recommend at this time.

Parade is a marketplace and we work with a wide range of shops and sellers, a lot of which sell the same product. It is totally up to the seller how much they want to list their product for and this is not decided by us at Parade. When you were told the item was out of stock, it was out of stock with the seller you originally purchased it from so they did not have the item available to send you. The size you wanted that you could still see listed on the website, was being listed by another seller who was selling the product as a higher price. Wasn’t sure about the site but I gave it a try. Wish I’d known what company I was ordering from through Parade. Found out a couple days later and looked directly on their site and they were having a 24% off sale. Could have saved some $. Also shipping was really high. Now I know.

it would b nice if u could group what items ship from what shop so I could easily save on shipping. But the service is great and the Sh8shop who I purchased from did a great job with my order and sent extra stickers so I'm happy.

Hi Gabriela, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I have taken a look into the communication between yourself and our customer service team. When you reached out to our customer service team, you informed us the package came wrapped in brown tape and was empty. We immediately opened an investigation with our partner store, where the package was sent from as well as DHL who delivered the package. Our partner store informed us they did not send an empty package, and the parcel contained the item you ordered. Additionally, their products are sealed with 'white DSM tape'. DHL also informed us that the package was not held or repacked at any point in transit. The tape DHL uses is yellow and red and says 'repacked' on it. Please rest assured that our partner stores work incredibly hard to ensure you receive the exact item you ordered in perfect condition. On the occasions where we're informed of any errors, we work with our partner stores to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Parade Customer Service

I was sent the wrong size shoes and they made me spend $27 to send them back , I asked multiple times for a credit or at least a discount towards my replacement shoes and they refused. Horrible customer service... I'll never use them again

The stuff I got was badly packaged, and one item was not even in the official brand packaging as I talked to the company (not Parade - the brand company) about it. So far I have not had satisfaction from parade. Some skateboard rails for my grandson were simply wrapped in a plastic bag labelled t-shirt. A magazine was sticky taped to a piece of cardboard, so was damaged as I opened it.

Hi Lynne, I'm really sorry that your experience with Parade was disappointing, this is something we always want to avoid. In regards to the items you received, the skateboard rails from Blast Skates are packaged in plastic sleeves and the store informs us that the reason they wrapped extra plastic around them is to add further protection. The zine was packaged in cardboard to try and prevent any damage from happening. However, damage can occur if the product is opened in a certain way. We offered a free returns label and a refund for the item, with the option to order another zine with free postage.
