“First purchase, can't give it 5 stars after just one good experience. I have high standards. However, I will be perusing this store again. Collection of stores? I'm not too clear about how the whole thing works. Regardless, ordered and received within days. No rush shipping required. Shoes are pretty hard to eff up so I can't say OMGTHEYGOTTHESIZERIGHT because that's about the only thing you have to do. But yes, the size was correct, as was the brand, model, etc.”

“My son loves the site! Everything he wants to shop all on one site is a dream! I did find the shipping at the end to be a shocker but I suppose for the convenience-sake of the site that's what you have to pay. The occasional free shipping codes you send make a big difference and prompt us to place another large order.”

“I would have rated 5 stars because everything up to the packaging was excellent! The box my skateboard came in was huge and very little paper for packing was in the box it it was flopping around. No damage at all just could have been packed better.”

“Very fast service and delivery. Very pleased with that. My only complaint was that I didn’t get an order confirmation ever, and nor did I get any notification if it would arrive or not. But my money was processed in credit card. Customer service got back to me once, very pleasant but I still didn’t receive confirmation then the package arrived. While I was pleased, I had absolutely no idea it would arrive.”

“Interface is very user friendly and I like supporting shops a lot so will def continue to use, but trying smaller brand goods I don’t know about size/fit and having to pay full price shipping in both directions if it doesn’t work out is kinda rough sometimes (willing to do it but acts as a deterrent)”
