I'm really torn. Parade is a great marketplace, and I'm happy to support independents. But the item didn't fit and I had to pay a fiver postage and the same to return. So I'm a tenner down, with nothing to show. It will stop me ordering from here again.

Griptape came as pictured. Print quality is good. My only issue is the brand of grip used. Details said same factory as grizzly and then said mob but was neither.

The pants i ordered weren't the ones that where shipped. However the pants i had ordered were taken off the site the next day so it might have been a mix up. The ones shipped were a slightly different version of the originals ordered. Overall parade has great service and is great for the skate community .

i love the website but i ordered 3 things with 2-5 day shipping a little over a week ago and only one of the items came so far

Unfortunately my order was separated and I received shipment of the first item perfect and quick. Second package was quick but the board showed up without plastic and the graphic is scratched. Hit the retailer up on ig and was told I should have specified it was a wall hanger

Package arrived late and therefore not available in time as intended gift for recipient. Arrival date was the specific reason I chose to buy with Parade, even though I could have bought the item cheaper elsewhere. Disappointing.

I can see our partner store fulfilled the order within our usual time frame but unfortunately, the parcel was held up in transit with USPS. When a parcel leaves the store we rely on our courier partners to deliver it within an appropriate time frame. It was nice when you could shop by individual skate shop, or click on “edit cart” to see which shop your order was coming from, because I’d always bulk up an order from each shop. That’s gone now, so you’ll get shipments from multiple shops, which kind of sucks, because all your parts arrive at different times now.

The recent change was to improve the shopping experience by reducing the number of shipments per customer order, which means you pay less in shipping. We can now optimise your shopping basket during checkout and determine the cheapest items to arrive, in the quickest time, and with less shipments. Our stores like this approach as it means they receive more orders. This update was also needed so that we can operate a queuing system and fairly distribute the share of orders. Overall, these improvements are still in the early stages (we’ve a lot more to do/enhance) and like everything we do, it’s driven by customer and store feedback. I asked for a size change before it was sent out, and I had an email to say yes no problem, when item arrived it wasn't wasn't right size despite them saying no problem. Best they could do was send a returns label out, and hope the replacement would get to me before Xmas as it was a gift.

I have looked through all communication between yourself and our team and can see we got in touch with the seller prior to your order being shipped to request a change in size. This was confirmed by the seller and we were told the correct size Large would be sent out to you. I can see you have been provided a free returns label to send the Medium back but this has not yet been used. As soon as we can see the item has been returned we will be able to arrange for the correct size to be sent to you. The cost of shipping is expensive snd if you purchase several products it’s additional shipping cost.

As the items will then be despatched from different locations, there will be multiple shipping costs applied to the order.
