I'm only rating it 1 star because I never received my order. I'm not sure if it's because of your company or the Post Office, but I am very upset and disappointed. Will not order from your company again. I received packages from the post office from other companies, but not Parade.

Contacted customer service about a board lost by delivery service and never came to a conclusion. Never got a refund or even got offered and I still don’t have the board I bought.

I can see that you have been in touch with our colleague in customer service and that they have opened an investigation with the courier service. As the tracking information states, it was delivered to the address provided to us, we first try and locate the parcel and get it to you as quickly as possible. In order to do this, we have to work with the courier service and unfortunately, this can take a few days especially during Christmas when they're handling a large volume of parcels. I have taken a look into your order detail and can see that the courier attempted delivery at your address on 3rd December, the day after your order was placed, but you were not home. The parcel was then delivered to a nearby pick up point for you to collect, and since it has been two weeks. I can see one of our customer service team is already assisting you with getting your order to you. I never received my merchandise and I’m still waiting for a reply from Parade. I have reached out numerous times and no one will get back to me regarding my order. And no one will answer your phone line. Very disappointing.

I spent almost $300 on pants for my son for Christmas. I emailed, called, and messaged the company about an exchange in size and was not contacted. Basically, I have $300 worth of clothes that are too big. So sad for my son this Christmas.
