Shipping takes too long. I have literally had orders take 2 weeks just to ship, and when I contact customer support, they tell me the item has been shipped and they can’t cancel the order. Phone support NEVER answers for the US region. They also stopped showing which shop an item came from which I hate, and I feel like items generally come out more expensive when ordered from Parade. Go to any other skate shop’s website and order it there first if you can. For example, I was going to purchase the dressy blue half cabs for my fiancé from Parade, but found them for cheaper at Skateshop of Tampa. Buy directly from the skate shop first if possible. At least I get the item shipped between 1-2 days and I know I can trust where my item is coming from.

I have just looked at your recent order with us and it arrived within 4 days. We rely on our courier partner to deliver orders within the time frame we state at the check-out. Unfortunately, there are occasions when the courier might experience delays, but we will always get in touch with you and let you know if your order will arrive later than expected. When an order is in transit, we are not able to cancel the order, however, should you no longer want it we will help you return it for a full refund. Regarding phone calls, you can reach our team Monday-Friday via phone call and should we miss your call, we will always get back in touch with you. I can see you have been in contact with our team regarding cancelling an order that was in transit, and my colleague explained we would process a full refund for you should you wish to return it. I received all new shoes that had a black smudge and reached out to the customer service team about helping me out and only heard once with no solution, I was just asked to send more pictures when I had already sent them.

I was sent the wrong shoes…. I have emailed twice, called multiple times, even wrote them on Instagram. And I have heard nothing. My sons birthday is next Wednesday and they were shoes for his birthday and I guess I’m going to have to figure something else out. Because there has been no Help from anyone… poor customer service

I accidentally ordered the wrong size so i sent my shoes back. when they refunded me they didn't refund the shipping on my end or theres, so i ended up losing $20

I received the wrong product and proceeded to call the same day. I am still waiting for a response from Parade and it has been over a week. I am very disappointed and won’t be shipping here again…

I love my shoes - but they were delivered with a half-eaten stale cookie stuffed in them. I would have expected something coming from the company as a nugget of I'm sorry but nothing. Just that they talked to the supplier. I will not use this company again.

Total SCAM. I ordered New Balance shoes and as soon as I received them I could immediately tell that the quality was poor and there is no chance, that New Balance would release shoes that were this poorly fabricated. When trying to return the shoes I received a message from Parade, saying the seller won't accept the shoes because they were returned in an unacceptable condition. Of course, this was not the case. It is obvious that the seller knows it is a FAKE and this leaves me with a loss of 100$. Shoes: New Balance Numeric Tiago Lemos 1010 Shoes - Grey / Black

In your situation, I can see you submitted a return request stating the item was of poor quality and we provided you with a free return label. Upon receiving the shoes back at the store, there were visible signs they have been worn. The sole was scuffed and there was also dirt on it. Our return policy states that items must be returned in re-saleable condition or exactly how they were received. As the item has been worn and can't be re-sold, it was sent back to you, we also provided you with images of the condition the item was received in. Please rest assured our partner stores work incredibility hard to ensure your item is delivered in perfect condition and would never send a fake item. The shoes were fine, but the product was weighed incorrectly which had the product held at the post office with little to no communication as to why it was being held. I had to made trips to several post offices in the area to find out what happened. This cost time and therefore money. I would like my shipping reimbursed for the hassle. Thanks!

The show did not fit correctly and it cost $20 to return. The return process is not fast at all. Decided to purchase The correct size of the same shoes from a different website.

Hi Gabriela, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I have taken a look into the communication between yourself and our customer service team. When you reached out to our customer service team, you informed us the package came wrapped in brown tape and was empty. We immediately opened an investigation with our partner store, where the package was sent from as well as DHL who delivered the package. Our partner store informed us they did not send an empty package, and the parcel contained the item you ordered. Additionally, their products are sealed with 'white DSM tape'. DHL also informed us that the package was not held or repacked at any point in transit. The tape DHL uses is yellow and red and says 'repacked' on it. Please rest assured that our partner stores work incredibly hard to ensure you receive the exact item you ordered in perfect condition. On the occasions where we're informed of any errors, we work with our partner stores to get this resolved for you as soon as possible. Kind regards, Parade Customer Service
