I never received my order and it's been marked as delivered. Open up a case with customer service and they haven't gotten back to me.

Worst customer service! Responses were super late and the the employee couldn’t comprehend simple instructions. Not helpful at all! Never again I’m shopping with you guys!

Package shipping is n/a and been 2 weeks !!! No confirmation , missed out on buying this from other sellers … hope it shows. Past 3 /4 orders have been sketchy or cancelled through parade. Better get your vendors on point

Shoes are a half size too big, I emailed to possibly return and reorder but was told no. Not good service at all.

I did not receive a 72 dollar shirt and was told almost 2 weeks ago I would get a refund and still haven't received that. Very angry

There was a mix up on my order placed on 8/5. Sent the product back. Still haven’t received any follow up communication about my correct order/tracking anything… makes a customer feel unappreciated.

The deck you purchased was not a Flight Deck and does not state Flight Deck anywhere in the title or description of the product. The description states the deck is made of 7-ply maple and also lists the shape, wheelbase, width, nose and tail lengths along with other information about the deck itself and this is the deck that was purchased and delivered to you. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service but will always cover the cost of returning an item if the incorrect item is delivered or an item arrives damaged/ faulty. As the deck you purchased was the one delivered to you, unfortunately, we were not able to offer a free returns label to you. the garment was damaged and arrived much later than expected. unfortunately Svevo opened the garment while traveling to Europe and he won't be back until mid August. we are highly disappointed

I received the wrong item (different color from what I ordered) and called customer support during business hours. Automated system indicated to send an email, which I did. It took nearly a full week to receive a reply indicating I would be able to return the item but they would have to check if the correct item was in stock at the shop. This seems like something that could have been done before the late reply as the availability of the correct item would influence my decision to return.

Stores are responsible for setting the price of their products. In your case, I can see that the size medium and size larger were coming from two different stores and they listed them at different prices. Your return procedures are terrible. I tried emailing you for some additional information on that and got zero response from you guys, while you guys claim to answer your messages within less the. A 24 hour period. Not too sure I’ll ordering from you guys in the future. Won’t be recommending you guys to anyone either.
