Hi Mathew, The tracking information provided by USPS states your parcel was delivered, however I am so sorry to hear this is not the case. Ordered a size small but was sent a medium. Emailed customer services to find out the best way to switch to the correct item. Heard nothing back so just reordered the correct item and returned the one that was sent incorrectly. I’ve been refunded for the original order, but only the cost of the item and not the postage. I’ve still received no correspondence and have paid 3x postage for an item.

25 euros de taxes douanière pour l’achat d’un tee shirt à 35 euros. J’ai été obligé de régler cette somme pour récupérer le tee shirt. En principe l’expéditeur précise l’objet de l’envoie au transporteur pour éviter ce genre d’incident.

Sadly, on this occasion my package was not delivered due to the courier delivering to the incorrect address. Presently I have not heard anything from DHL regarding missing item, so I can not give a good review.

I odered a Baker Neckface tray that is made of aluminum, it was packed in a soft envelope sent across a few states and came all dented and bent up...Packing department needs improvement.

Soles and uppers began separating after two days of wear. I used some loc-tite to repair them, but I am really annoyed at that.

If you had made us aware of the issue before applying the loc-tite/ shoe goo as mentioned in your email, we may have been able to return the shoes to the store as faulty and look into offering you a replacement. As you altered the shoes yourself before coming to us, unfortunately we are not able to offer any sort of reimbursement for the damage to the product. Hey, Our returns policy states that an item can be returned within 14 days providing it is in it's unused, unworn, unwashed, un-altered and in a re-saleable condition. You stated when registering your return that you 'threw these on for a couple hours' which could have caused the damage to the shoes. We were not notified of any damage prior to you wearing them for hours so believe the damage to the shoes was caused during this time. After speaking with the seller who confirmed the item was not sent to you in this condition, we are sadly not able to accept return of the shoes. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. The sweatshirt I ordered and wanted the most did not make it to me. I was given a refund and told you ran out of inventory. Very disappointing because it was a special gift. I could’ve ordered elsewhere and this was my first time as a customer. Also, it was kind of weird that the items arrived in cheap plastic bags instead of paper or sealed plastic. That professional presentation of product matters.

Awful customer service.. Board covered in scratches as stated by many customers. Excuses given and no refund or exchange offered. Will never use this company again.

Unfortunately when a deck is gripped the board has to be taken out of the cellophane and slight scratches can occur. Hello Shameg. I have looked into this order and it was for Spitfire Formula Four Full Conical 53mm 101A wheels and they were delivered on time and signed for by yourself through DHL. I have looked into our correspondence with yourself regarding the deck and we couldn't find any other orders under this email address, so we asked you for your order number so we could look into this further, however you are yet to respond. Customer service was useless. Unable to help in anyway. You’ve trained them to be very kind, but if they can do nothing why offer any customer service at all? I will never shop with Parade again and all my friends have heard about my experience with Parade. I hope sellers find a better platform to sell through.

I ordered shoes for my son and the delivery was not what we expected. We thought we would receive black and white new balances with a black tongue and finally we received them with a yellow bar and a grey tongue. He kept them because he needed them but it was not the right model :(
