“sould have noticed that i had to pay 38 euro's to inport the order from the uk. when i order something from for example Canada the price on the site includes the inport costs. and they are also not part of the EU I do like the sweater!”

Hi Tobias, Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry for any disappointment caused. We inform all customers ordering from within the EU that customs fees will need to be paid. We state this twice before payment is taken. When you enter your payment details, before you click 'complete order' you also have to tick a box stating you understand customs fees need to be paid. An order cannot be processed unless you acknowledge this message. Once again, my apologies if this was not clear enough. “At first I was hesitant to Buy a product from parade because I wasn’t sure if it was legit, and upon research And mixed reviews mostly good, I pulled the trigger on a pair of vans chima pro 2’s Which I have not been able to find for months. I received my shoes promptly and they are exactly as advertised. Would highly recommend.”

I can see that you reached out to our team and you requested a return label, to which our Customer Service team explained we can only send free return labels in instances where the item is damaged or incorrect. Three days ago we asked for an image of the damaged item but unfortunately, we have not yet received an image back from you via email.
