Hi Charlotte, I'm really sorry for the mix up with your order. I can see you were offered a free returns label to send them back and then a reimbursement for the shipping costs you had already spent returning them. This would mean the order was delivered to you within 4 working days and the order was on a 2-5 working day delivery service.
