“Fairly helpful when I had problems with my package being shipped. Did not respond quickly whatsoever and didn't do much to actually help though, mostly just said "let us know" etc.”

“Never heard of Parade before i was looking for new skateboard parts which are hard to come by on their own. Got some nice gear from two different stores (both handled by parade) and had both packages within 2 days of ordering. Genuine parts, will definitely order from here again.”

“It was my first order from parade so i claimed 10% off. The website is laid out great and all the filters work well. Found the product at a good price, very happy. Delivery was next day and was text a delivery time. All spot on services.”

“I order shoes and they came rather fast and in great condition. Even though they were shipped on USPS which is great to keep them in business the only down side was when I wasn’t home at delivery day they force me to go to the postal office to retrieve the package there but this wasn’t Parade or Austin Skate Shop fault or decision. I’m a proud owner of a set of Gonz Superstar soles and that’s a thing of beauty.”
