Hi Jonathan, We are very sorry there was a mistake in the shipment details but we used exactly the same address that you provided us with to USPS. Hello Ezra, We are very sorry about the delay in the PASS~PORT hoodie being yet to arrive. I can confirm that this is in transit. We are very sorry about the delay, this is due to USPS receiving an extremely high volume of orders worsened by the Coronavirus pandemic. I have messaged our partner store regarding the Carpet Company Lapel Badge and they are sure they packed it but obviously if it isn't with you it may have been lost in transit so we will definitely provide you with a refund for this item. “I ordered 2 pairs of Etnies skate shoes for my children. They were discounted from a Parade- affiliated skate shop in Daytona. Their arrival up north was delayed a bit due to USPS's jacked up situation, but they arrived ahead of XMAS day - so all good. This is my 2nd time ordering from Parade, and I plan to use Parade again soon. Saving a couple dollars here and there certainly adds up, especially with three skaters in the house. We get more bang for the buck and I try to order enough to nudge over the $200 free-shipping bar. See you soon. Thanks.”
