“The shoes were quickly put in the mail, however, delivery took longer than expected. However, this was the delivery service's fault and is not reflective of Parade or Theory Skate Shop. I am definitely buying from Parade if I can't find something at my local shop!”

“I have really not liked the experience at all while shopping at Parade. I'll start with the parts I liked. I liked the fact that I got the shoes early by a day, that was fortunate. I also liked how they had the shoe that I wanted which a lot of other stores didn't have. Those were the positives. The parts I didn't like were I wasn't able to call anyone about my problem because there is no one ever on the phones. There is also basically no help over the weekend so if you're going to take a week to ship it and have orders on the weekend, have people working on the weekends because the entire order was messed up. Not only am I having to send in the shoes, but I have to wait who knows how long to get the shoes I originally ordered. I feel like I am getting punished for wanting these shoes because the people at Parade or the store Parade works with can't read a shoe box. So I felt bad having to air my grievance with the person that got back to me after making me wait for an entire weekend and then some to get any leeway with what to do with my messed up order. The only time I can see myself shopping or recommending this store to anyone at all is if its a last resort and they want a certain colorway. Besides that I would say stay away they mess up orders and take forever to get back to people for customer service. I would go as far to say that they put money before the customer because that is what it feels like I did not enjoy my experience whatsoever. The return policy should not punish the people that just ordered the shoes, Parade should be held more accountable. Plus now that I am thinking about it, me getting it a day earlier was all on USPS and had nothing to do with Parade. I am not happy with the experience basically at all and might shop here again, but man not happy. I could have bought these shoes off two other sites that I would guarantee wouldn't treat me as an after thought. Get a phone that works. and people to reply quicker than like 36 hours”

We would never want to inconvenience you and always aim to resolve any errors as soon as possible. On the rare occasion where the incorrect item might be sent, we send you a free return label and aim to get you the correct item as soon as possible or a full refund if that is what you prefer. We would need to liaise with our partner stores to ensure the item you ordered is still in stock if you would like an exchange. Although our phone lines are not open over the weekend, we do have colleagues working at the weekend and you're able to reach out to us via email and live-chat. When you first reached out to us, you had an initial response from our colleague on Sunday via email.
