“Very poor. I still have not received any shipping information and it’s been a week. I am waiting on a pair of shoes that were not cheap and they still have not come and I have no way of tracking. Will not be shopping again.”

A confirmation email with the tracking information is sent when the order has been processed and is with the courier.
