“Grim left a note explaining that the deck I purchased had an incorrectly described width on the website. He included a couple small bonus items and wrote I was welcome to return the deck if I chose, but to keep the bonus items as a small token of apology. Kick ass service and support.. I'm telling everyone how awesome my experience was at Parade!”
