“Terrible experience and will not suggest anyone shop with you. Your product description was misleading and vague, and you wouldn’t pay for the return shipping. Terrible terrible terrible”

Hey Christopher, Thanks for taking the time to leave your review and I'm sorry you were not happy with your experience with us. The deck you purchased was not a Flight Deck and does not state Flight Deck anywhere in the title or description of the product. The description states the deck is made of 7-ply maple and also lists the shape, wheelbase, width, nose and tail lengths along with other information about the deck itself and this is the deck that was purchased and delivered to you. Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns service but will always cover the cost of returning an item if the incorrect item is delivered or an item arrives damaged/ faulty. As the deck you purchased was the one delivered to you, unfortunately, we were not able to offer a free returns label to you. “I was shocked with my order honestly. price was great and shipping was fast. only downside to my experience was that the box came a little damaged which isn't an issue to me but for a collector or reseller that may be an issue. overall my experience was great and I will be coming back in the future.”
