“i never got my package! i got the delivered message but never got my package, i emailed the customer support and i still have no idea if i will get help or no!”

Hi Victor, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. When we're informed that an item is not delivered despite the tracking information stating it was, then we will need to open an investigation with the courier. This is so that we can either locate the package and have it delivered to you, or if it's lost then we can process a full refund. In order to do this, we would need to wait for the courier service to conclude their investigation. Upon further investigation between ourselves and the Partner Store we were able to deduce that the deck you received, although it was vintage reissue, the truck holes were indeed misaligned as you pointed out from the point of manufacture. We really sorry about that. We immediately took action and issued you a partial refund to make up for any inconvenience caused with this order.
