“Parade is da bomb. Such a good idea getting all these skater owned shops together. I’ve made most of my recent skate purchases through parade and the service has been exceptional every time. Love supporting real skater owned shops. Don’t shop at route one ever. Peace!”

“Parade is similar to a consolidator, in that they bring together items which are on sale on other websites. The upside is that everything is available via one site. The Downside is that they charge postage for each item even though the site actually holding and shipping the item may not. You pays your money and takes your choice. Personally I would buy from the site holding and shipping the Item.”

Hi James, Parade is an online marketplace, we do not work with other websites, we only work with small stores and brands. Our products are sold at full price or on sale just as if you'd have purchased from the actually brand or store. However, we do not hold any inventory or stock which means that the items are actually getting delivered from different locations. And if you wish to put a tag on us ... we don't act like consolidators, we act like mediators between, you, the buyers and our sellers. Hope this helps! All the best, Maria

Hi Christopher, We are extremely sorry the trucks arrived in a less than perfect condition, this is something we have launched an enquiry with the couriers we use, as the store confirmed they were undamaged when sent out. We sent you a free returns shipping label so that you wouldn't be charged for returning the trucks but if you need more advise on how to return items please get in contact by emailing customer.service@paradeworld.com.
