“Very incompetent company. Cannot deliver next day, Not even three days later on a next day delivery. Staff at the Gatwick depot are cheeky when you ring to ask where the deliveries are. After cancelling the orders from a high street store simply due to Parcelforce's poor performance, they tried to deliver on the fourth day! Again, after ensuring that the company had cancelled, they tried to deliver again! No delivery was left but cards were put through the door both days. Now Parcelforce have said they need to collect the items that they never delivered. What an absolute shambles Parcelforce are. I will never buy anything from any supplier that states that they will deliver through these jokers.”

Next day same again and rang customer services who just cut me off , so two days just sat in for nothing . If i could give this cowboy outfit a minus rating i would . “I shipped 8 items with ParcelForce from the UK to Brazil on 08/01/2018. The company said the items would arrive in one week. After THREE months, half of the items have not yet arrived. Even worst, one of them has been declared as DAMAGED by Brazil's customs and was returned to the UK. We called ParcelForce and they said there's nothing they can do about it. They won't even help us find where the item is. I tried to resort to their claim procedure and they simply closed the claim without consideration. They keep saying "sorry for the inconvenience" but do NOTHING to solve the issue. This is NOT a reliable company, so stay away from it!”

“Absolutely Appalling!! There are no other words to describe this organisation. When ordering anything for delivery, we give specific, full and complete address details and telephone numbers for contact yet 9 times out of 10, Parcelforce fail to deliver with a variety of excuses - the most common one being that the couldn't find us. It really isn't difficult! Every other courier/delivery company delivers to us without problem - DHL, Yodel, etc, etc. We have stayed at home on so many occasions only to have no delivery. This Friday was just the same. After many telephone calls to their local depot and confirming specific address details, WE paid the extra £12 to have the item delivered on Saturday ... but guess what? They failed again. Another day wasted. Now, they will try again on Monday. Dare we hope that there might be a different driver who has some level of intelligence to find us??? We are now at the point of NEVER AGAIN doing business with a company that uses Parcelforce for their deliveries.”

“I was sold a 1-day delivery for extremely important parcel, which was supposed to be delivered to Finland the day after they were collected from UK. I was charged 51£ for the "next day delivery", and when the next day came, they told me it takes 3 days in the destination country to deliver. Do not use this company. I made my purchase in a phone on purpose to be able to confirm twice, that the delivery is for the next day. Third time I confirmed the delivery to be the next day was when they collected the parcel. Complete rubbish.
They also took the receiver's name and address on the phone, and we went through it together to confirm everything is in order - yet, when they parcel was picked up, the address was there twice, misspelled, and the receiver's name was missing.
The customer service suggested I might be able to claim back some postage expenses, if a wrong product had been sold to me. The 1-day delivery service is advertised on their own webpage, to be specific, in the middle of it.
Stay away from this company, you will be charged an unreasonable amount of money for bad service, and getting stressed about what is the next thing to go wrong. The 1-day delivery is for people, who are willing to pay an outrageous sum of money because it's important, that the package arrives as promised - the company could not care less.”
“Shocking service. Will not use again. Parcel stuck at customs because part of the address is wrong again so custom won't release the parcel. Called them 4 times, called customs, called USPS in the US who gave them the correct address and still nothing moving. This is the 3rd time this has happened and the address on the parcel is correct when received. The parcel is held at Parcel Force Coventry in their custom dept. Total time and money wasters. I am now re- ordering and shipping a new order with Fedex. . Never a problem with Fedex.”

Other delivery companies send a text or email. Why can't Parcelforce catch up with the technology available in this day and age? Rubbish service”
“Notified me that delivery would take place, tracker said it had been loaded on van and out for delivery, waited all day and nothing, not even an email to advise of delay! Every other delivery service is able to provide me with a one hr delivery window, so why can’t they? Every time this happens I contact the sender and advise them to use another service if they want to have any repeat business from me! Dpd and ups knock the socks of these clowns.”
“I ordered a kitchen base unit from B&Q (1x unit + 1x door) both items were dispatched with Parcelforce and due for delivery on a Monday, I took the day off work to facilitate the delivery.
My Parcelforce experience went something like this.....
Mid-afternoon a white and rusty van turns up, the driver runs up our drive thrusts a parcel at me and say's "E R Mate" , runs back down the drive and gets in his van, I shout to him and ask where the remainder of my delivery is? He checks his clipboard and says "ain't got owt else mate" so I ask when the rest of my delivery will arrive, "Might get it tomorrow mate" gets in his van and drives off! (Bearing in mind I've taken the day off because of this delivery)
After contacting ParcelForce they inform me my delivery have been sent out with 2 separate drivers and the second part will arrive later that day Needless to say it didn't.
This is where the story gets in to the realms of the Parcelforce driver breaking the law!!!! I checked the Parcelforce tracking number and the information came up as..........
Your parcel was delivered on Monday 12th March 2018 at 15:27 and it was signed for by MR BAKER Oh, no it wasn't, the driver was in too big a hurry to be on his way!!
There is a squiggle in the box that is clearly not my signature ;so the driver had attempted to forge my signature!! Anyway long story short the second part of our delivery ended up at a local Post Office and we had to go out of our way to collect it . Recommend DPD over Parcelforce any day.,they deliver in 1hour time slots and the drivers are far more polite.”
“parcels due for delivery 7th or 8th march never arrived ,no card to say been,no contact.five days later after numerous phone calls ad stress find out they were taken to an inaccessible post office in the centre of town miles a on the 8th march and left there.having no way to know this caused great stress and inconvenience to me and to my reputation with thesender who thought I had the goods ok.Had to pay a pound to collect the parcel can you believe. spoke to an area manager who seemed interested at first then changed. his view the next day we spoke didn't seem interested but could have my pound back.nothing for inconvenience, time and trouble I had to get my belongings ot late delivery. very shocked how this company has gone downhill since I last used them. to add insult my delivery was broken upon arrival ad I have had to pay to send it back hoping they will take it back as they sent it 7 days ago...really really poor service and follow up action. we may only be smqll customers compared to businesses but we should still matter. hoping to avoid using them in the future and will try to request companies us alternatives who I order from.
