We sent our Daughter her Xmas presents up using Parcelforce, we thought it will be fine, I should of read the genuine reviews and used another delivery company. The parcel was delivered to a completely different address than on the well written label. The only thing the Driver got right was the City....WHAT A TOTAL DISASTER THIS COMPANY IS.The person who took the parcel in didn't say to the visually impaired driver, it wasn't the right address, or Postcode. We got a picture of the house number, the doorway, and the Man's feet who had accepted the parcel. After a few days of using Google Earth and trying to locate the front door and unusual tiles just inside the door, my daughter went on social media and asked her neighbourhood if anyone recognised the door and tiles.... Success, one person recognised the door and tiles as a place he lived in a while back. It was a house 4 Streets away,totally wrong address and post code. She went around and collected it.It would of been a nice gesture if the house owner who had taken the parcel in, had tried to contact my daughter to tell her he had her parcel, to be generous to him perhaps he was too busy. We mustn't think that he intended to keep the parcel must we!! I just know if It was me. I'd of taken it to the proper address, or not taken it in at all on seeing it was the wrong address. We are DISGUSTED with this disgraceful service. We join the many many others in giving a ultra poor review. If it wasn't for social media and a good person who recognised the house, My daughters Xmas presents would of been enjoyed by someone else. Shame on you Parcelforce. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Shocking service my parcel delivered to wrong address was supposed to be guaranteed delivery contacted them received a different account of whereabouts of parcel they now saying interviewed driver and he maintains he delivered to correct address and nothing more they can do about it my parcel still missing I would not recommend using their services its appalling

Useless courier Extremely poor communication with Parcel force. There is none!!! My tracked parcel was picked up 5 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for delivery. Not acceptable. Do not use parcel force.

I have been waiting in all day for an important parcel which was supposed to be delivered from 7 a.m. today. Now I see the useless driver attempted to deliver to another address, not this postcode even, left a card and drove off. I now have no luck in getting the parcel today when it is needed. Madness.

Couldn't track the parcels, the website repeatedly said it didn't recognise the tracking numbers, when parcels arrived at destination there were a split all across the box. I paid £26 for that delivery for 10kg box and £46 in total for both parcels on a two day delivery and paying that amount of postage I expect to be able to track the parcels and the parcels to be looked after and not arrive at the destination with a gaping hole down the side of the box, I will not be using parcelforce again!

Driver came down drive didn’t ring doorbell I was sitting door .shoved a card through letter box which I heard.ran to door to see his brake lights as he left. Looking at the genuine reviews I got good service

Dont even deserve one star. This company repeatedly pretends to attempt deliveries. Simply incapable of doing their job as a company. I have never had a delivery go smoothly when using this comapny and have lost hundreds of pounds taking days off to wait for parcels when no attempt was even made to deliver them. Will avoid as far as possible ever ordering anything that delivers through parcelforce in the future.

I was sent a text in the morning telling me an estimate time my parcel would arrive. I was happy because I needed my package for that evening. The parcel didn't show up though I kept an eye on the tracking. Several hours after the delivery time it said on the tracking site (not even a text) it had insufficient address. I had to waste time searching all over the site to find a number to call and then go through tedious options. The man on the end was very argumentative and refused to acknowledge there was anything they could have done saying the driver doesn't have the person's number to call them. Well parcel force, SOMEONE in your company has my number because you text me that morning. Also, SOMEONE looked at the address to give an estimate time and could see at that point the address hadn't been put in properly. They chose not to contact me at that time which could have avoided all the trouble and helped the driver - no excuse for crap service! I was told the driver might be able to come by later so I waited at home. I waited in my kitchen where i could see the road and door. In the end i had to go to the deport office, where when i checked the tracking again it said it had tried to deliver again. LIERS. I was there the whole time and there was NO slip delivered through the door. Poor poor customer service. Companies - do not use parcel force.

Do not use this company - they do not scan, therefore they cannot track and trace and they will lose your parcel - be warned! do not pay for this rubbish service!

Never using this company . They lost my parcel . I tried to send a parcel outside UK,I paid for it and nothing ... after 20 days nothing has been delivered. Think twice before using them .

At home waiting for a parcel Get a text saying "We attempted to deliver your parcel IEXXXXXXX today from BALMER LAWN GARAGE LIMITED. We have left a card with details of what to do next. For updates on your parcel visit parcelforce . com/track-trace?trackNumber=IEXXXXXXX" went and had a look at the letterbox nothing. Had a look at my CCTV nothing. Ring doorbell nothing. Made a call will get local depo to call. 2 hours later still waiting. Had my neighbour come give me a card with my address. Made another call for the rude woman to hang up on me. Rang again and explained only to be told local depo will call within 2 hours. The missed delivery note don't even have a parcel tracking number yet I need to pick it up from my local post office. How is that possible?

There was not one single time when I did not have some problems with this service, esp. with international packages!!! Items sent to wrong addresses, packages returned without any notification of attempted delivery, etc. -- you name it, they did it! This whole organisation should be scrapped for good.

Absolute scammers! Ordered a parcel from Australia, awaited patiently for the customs and duty invoice which never came. They made no attempt to call me despite my mobile number being clearly written on the package. They then returned the parcel literally to the other side of the planet because the duty hadnt been paid. I now have to pay another £60 for postage and they are unwilling to compensate me! They get paid twice, I loose out, not to mention the environmental damage in flying my package half way round the world TWICE! Oh and then when I made a formal complaint to them they responded telling me that parcel is in Sydney and they cant give me a delivery time… yes because they sent it back there the morons! No attempt was made to send me the customs invoice and one short phone call from them could have prevented all this.
