Didn't have to wait too long for a bus 5 - 10 mins, but then it said it was just dropping off. However, the driver allowed us to get on as a lot of people were dropped off. The bus then passed another stop and advised the people waiting that he would drop off the rest of the passengers then go back for them. He went round again by which time there was a second bus just in front of us and this one went round X and Y? and our bus. headed to the exit and the airport. In all it took 45 minutes from getting on the bus to getting to terminal 2 which was not acceptable. Date was 16th May around 4 am.

Staff at Birmingham airport had no knowledge of my booking, so had to find customer service to check I would not be charged twice, all this while on a deadline to catch a plane. Not happy!

We booked with BCP and, as there were only some incorrect directions, we did not know that we had in fact bought places in the Airport car park itself. If the directions explained that and told you to follow "Cardiff Airport" signs, all would have been well. Instead we spent 1 1/2 hours trying to [a] follow the bad directions and [b] find a BCP car park in vain. A major fault is that Long Stay 2 is not signposted at all and if the directions had referred to that we would have saved time. Finally the car number plate recognition equipment failed to work, as it did for three other cars that arrived at the same time as us. We each had to kneel and shout at a communication grill set far too low in a post. A terrible, terrible start to our long awaited holiday!

Carpark in a very poor condition. Was near impossible to push trolley over the very rough stones. Also no trolleys available for suitcases on arrival . Had to go searching for a trolley.

I am not sure why you are asking for comment now as I haven't parked with you since February & am not due to again for a while yet. Last time the scanner did not recognise my number plate & when we pushed the buzzer the attendant could find no record of my booking. So not only were we delayed on the way in but had to go through all the questions again on exit. Not really what you want either on entry or exit.

The driver of the bus on our departure from Edinburgh Scotpark had no record of our booking. Otherwise fine.

I was disappointed that the barrier did not recognise my pre-booked car. I had to contact someone by intercom who spent some time looking for my booking. Unfortuntately they could not find it, but let me into the carpark. On my return to the airport I had to go to the airport information desk to explain that I had no ticket and obtain authorisation to exit the carpark. Not the slick service I was expecting.

I couldn't find the BCD car park and gave up after 15 minutes so am now spending £180 unnecessarily with NCP having wasted the pre-payment with BCD. Never again!

The bus was crowded. Getting 2 heavy suitcases on and off wasn't easy. I'll take a taxi next time- worth the extra cost!

We telephoned as usual 10 minutes before arrival. The person on the phone was very abrupt, and said we should have called earlier. However both your drivers were quite prompt and very polite. We will use your service again, as we have many times, but would appreciate a more friendly receptionist.

The sat nav post code was not accurate, the directions were also poor and when we did find the car park there were no spaces, so we drove round and around for 20 minutes! The buses we not every 10 minutes we waited another 20, in that time another 6 or 7 cars arrived and drove around and around not able to find a space! All in all the worst pre booked airport parking we have used! I would not want use them again!

On two previous occasions when booking with BCP, I was charged £1 charge for using a credit card although on each occasion I had in fact used a Debit card. I reported this by email but did not receive a response.

Very annoyed that the website won't accept Maestro card bookings - this is only a recent problem but it causes unnecessary hassle and you really need to sort out whatever problem you have with Maestro in the interest of your clients!!!

Huge queue to enter as barrier was not issuing tokens. This meant that on return I couldn't get out so had to buzz intercom twice so that they could check my booking and let me out. Not a great experience! On the positive side buses this time were very frequent - in the past have waited 30 mins for a bus.

I arrived at the car park more than an hour past the time I reserved. Couldn't get into carpark and had to ask for assistance. I had the same problem leaving were I had to ask someone inside the airport to fix my ticket to then allow me out. There should be no time limit fixed on arriving after or leaving before times you have reserved because you have paid for these times! Silly rule at city airport
