“It was perhaps the coldest, windiest day of the year, but this young man turned up looking perky and raring to go. He refused hot drinks and just got on with it. Three hours later the front & rear parking sensors were fitted and they were virtually invisible. They work well and I am very happy with both the service and the price ( c. £250 vs. Honda quote of c.£800 !). This guy and this service are brilliant and I recommend them most strongly.”

“Ordered a battery direct from the website, got confirmation email but no tracking info, emailed them directly for tracking info, no reply! Phoned them following day order has been misplaced and not dispatched :( Re ordered asked for some sort of compensation nothing offered not even AM delivery. Battery arrived happy with product and price, service not so much.”

“I ordered some service car parts and it was delivered the next day which was great. Unfortunately I made a mistake of ordering for one spark plug instead of four. I went on their website to order for the other three plugs but the price has gone up from £18.96 to £22.75. All within 48 hours!!!! I called their customer service to enquire why the price of the plug has suddenly gone up by whooping 20% while their website is still claiming 50% discount. Instead of their staff to explain the reason to me, he became very rude and obnoxious. His attitude was that he does not care about their customer or their business which is a shame. This is because my belief is that we need to patronise small to medium business like theirs instead of giant like Amazon or Europarts. This is to enable their business to grow and encourage competition. Good business should not just be about selling goods; it should also include good customer service which is missing in their service. Due to this I do not think that I will buy from them again.”
